RE: Timo Syrj?l? - Executive Profile12 May 2018 12:03
Holding rns’.
I looked through the rns up to IPO and couldn’t find a TR1 for Timo, so I’m guessing he was in at IPO and hes dropped his average down to <£2.
L&G and city financial have been selling batches since they got in with the September 2016 placing at £2.50.
So coincidental that l&g sold some at the high yes, but nothing too “fishy” and they also may not be selling any more for a month or so if the pattern continues so no direct worry of this keeping the sp down for me anyway.
Part of The drop was caused by city / BNY Mellon selling off their entire 4.09% on Tuesday.
Directors buys.
With So many directors buys from £2.50 - £8 I will be amazed if none of the 9 directors have not been buying or planning to. Think again to the “notice of agm rns” and the amendments they want to make, it’s only Jalkanen who has >3%, maybe a few want to sink in another % or 2 while they are under the 3% reporting threshold, trouble is if one director buys and reports straight away the price will go up for the other directors, how can they all buy in open market at the same time ?
For reference :
From Agm rns
“13. Resolution on the amendment of the Articles of Association
The Board of Directors proposes that the following sentence will be removed from Article 17.1 of the Company's Articles of Association:
"Each shareholder shall also make a Notification when he becomes a party to an agreement or other arrangement that upon implementation would result in the holdings of the shareholder reaching, exceeding or decreasing below any of above-mentioned thresholds."
The Board of Directors proposes that sections i) - k) will be removed from Article 17.5 of the Company's Articles of Association.
The rationale for the amendment is the change in the corresponding legislation in Finland governing notification of major shareholdings.”
From the article of association
“17.5
i) The parties, term and material information on the contents of the agreement or another arrangement to which the shareholder is a party and which upon implementation will result in reaching, exceeding or decreasing below any of above-mentioned thresholds.
j) The nature of the transaction.
k) The nature of the Shareholder’s interest in the transaction.”
It’s Definitely interesting.
