Response to Speculation
Anglo African Oil & Gas (AIM:AAOG) notes the recent speculation surrounding its financing plans. As disclosed on 11 December 2019, the Company is examining its financing options in light of the continued non-payment by SNPC. One such option is a sale of a controlling interest in the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Anglo African Oil & Gas Congo S.A.U., which holds a 56% interest in the Tilapia field in the Republic of Congo.
The Company has received a number of expressions of interest in this regard, including from Zenith Energy Limited, and is currently in negotiations. However, there can be no guarantee that any transaction will be concluded or on what terms. Further announcements will be made in due course.
In the meantime, the Company is managing its creditor position and has sufficient capital to allow it to continue as a going concern until at least the beginning of February assuming receipt of the £150,000 owed by Anglo Tunisian Oil & Gas Limited (of which £50,000 is to be paid to the Company today with the remainder due to be paid by the end of this month) and no unforeseen claims. The Company is therefore in negotiations with providers of structured equity finance with a view to providing further working capital for the Group. Again, there can be no guarantee that such financing will be available or on what terms.

Should use the money revived from ATOG to start legal proceedings against them for stealing the assets from under AAOG.
Should be an easy win case, with documented insider corruption.

I have no problem with companies having some headroom, they all need it. but why do you need authority for >£5m at nominal value. nearly 10x the Mcap.
If you are planning a major acquisition give us some details, if it’s for running costs you can bugger off and start by sorting the company out first, some deep cuts to director wages and expenses would be a good start. Don’t go ****ing away the $600k you will be getting in.

Or perhaps they are buying enough to force the approval at the agm. Which is why they want trading to recommence ?

As much as i want to just trade this and make a quick buck i also want to say.. im disappointed in you Richard Poulden.
You have completely missed one thing out in that RNS, that is quite important, and its number 11 in the circular.
I know you will be trying to create volume here, and i know that i will probably have a chance to trade this beforehand but i dont approve of releasing RNS' with half the information in.

I suggest people read the circular, and make their own decision but If im in this long enough to have to vote i will be voting

Consolidation is fine, lower share volume should be better. but we know what you really want shareholders to approve.

This is a low value share, there are potential risks and rewards, but it is Xmas and giving half the information wasn't in the Xmas spirit.

It’s being liquidated, the directors and II shares add up to the convenient total of 75.02%.
Your hopefully getting 1.5p. That’s it.

Unless you see significant shareholding’s changing hands to new parties that want to buy a listed shell it’s probably going to be 1.5p returned to shareholder.

I use Halifax, need to change to be fair it happens too often.
But in their defence when it’s 0.50-0.55 they are probably helping me as i don’t want to pay 0.64p either :)

All Lse rns have to go through legal and be approved by nomad before release, it only happened yesterday and Canada has not even got out of bed yet, give it time it will come.
Probably land as Canadas pre-opens.

Find me another company
- trading at less than cash in bank
- has no debt
- has JV and free carry
- has directors buying at lows (and the highs)
- has enough money coming in every month to cover the monthly bills and exploration.
- has an audited valuation of double the current Mcap.
- has directors that react like they should on news, does interviews and buys form the market within a few days.

Find me that, and I will buy it.
