Might have been different if JB sold more shares at IPO, he should have sold down to at least a 49% holding at IPO and not had complete control, i understand his frustrations but publicly sulking, threatening and openly treading down the share price when you own most of the company is just poor form and self destructive.
But i have to thank him for it because it gave all of us the opportunity to buy cheap.
JB selling is a temporary cause for the sp drop, and not the long term problem, look at the chart since :

Time for change ? certainly shown a lack of generated shareholder value.
