I dread to think the total amount raised vs actual return/price now For the whole sector. Such a poor return.

It’s not going under, the company has sorted its self out.
the broker has just been caught with his pants down, the company is the same as yesterday.

If the broker has to pay up to settle make the most of it, long term the company sp will go to a price that reflects revenues.

They would have probably picked it up if it did delist but I would guess that the trouble is that option would have gave them a fairly illiquid asset that still needed funds, by investing in a placing / and settling debts etc, and taking a larger stake of shares they have a fairly liquid stake in a better positioned asset.

They may sell off the shares to recoup the cash of the stock went up a lot, Or they might hold off for the long term.

End of the day the brokers forward selling is just a side story,
It’s the same company it was yesterday, shares normally drop to around the placing prices however briefly, once it does and the volume changes hands and the price will rise over time as the revenues come back In to the company and it becomes profitable again.
