There has been over 50% of the share issue sold over the last two days, they can’t find and then settle them. :)

I can’t see a large holder loaning them the stock either, not when they need the voting rights next week.

Could be suspended until after gm and placing.
Could reopen and all hell brakes out
Could do a deal with a large shareholder for a fee to cover the shares temporarily and then hand them back to holder

If it opens it’s going up.
If it doesn’t open they get away with it if the vote is approved at the gm and new shares are issued.

The broke the ONE rule, - DONT GET CAUGHT lol

I don’t think they can even buy their way out with a placing because of the timing and the one going through at the moment, they would need shareholder approval to issue more again, that’s another GM and vote!

Wow, they are screwed. They have forward sold their placing. Shares hahaha, and have no way to fill them

Was enough buys to put a bid in.

It’s that or something like they found some inconsistencies in the accounts when doing background checks on the placing.

I Was hoping that a new company was set up last month “ppg holdings” or the like to give the assets Into or something, but not by the looks of it... yet?...

I post my research here to help me keep track, and sometimes it is useful for others sometimes.

This is an important paragraph.

“ The Convertible Notes 2021 are unlisted, unsecured, transferable and must be redeemed by the Company on 19 May 2021, at the Company's option in cash or in Ordinary Shares at 0.1p per Ordinary Share.”

And why I think around 0.1p is a fair punt, gives a bit of protection from if they wanted to play the consolidate and then issue more shares game as the conversion price would adjust to the equivalent of today’s 0.1p. (They will issue shares but 0.1p should be the base.)

Without that paragraph I would have said no until they converted in to stock and used their price as a gauge on where I would buy, if at all.

Thought id check on companies house for any new news or movements on these two, amazed at how many companies the both of them have set up, was looking to see if they paid the £12 and registered a new one for our assets or not yet.

seems to be the only tie that Cargil has with Tatnall and Longley that i can see on here, after they left all the power ones.

Will be a £17.5m Mcap at the placing price, £1 would be £7billion Mcap, someone better call time magazine and start booking the interview slots for the 2025 rich list....

I’d settle for a 0.75p-1p target.

Negative possibilities :
-rns with intent to delist from aim = prob drop but could actually rise before it does. (as odd as it seems it happens alot) and if we cease trading on aim the directors loose their ability to refuel the cash cow with capital raises, and loose the near debt free shell and possibility to make a bundle off of that flipping it again.
-we have no news for long period and the sp drifts down on worries.

Positive possibilities
-Debt gets converted, directors increase holdings = sp rise
-Any kind of announcement on the asset sales: interest in a single site or all sites, partial, advertised elsewhere, in -negotiations, option to sell for equity elsewhere = sp rise
-any debt recovered (the £650k) = sp rise
-new placing or financing agreed = sp rise
-buy out of our stake = sp rise
-general rns stating similar to the last one = sp rise
-new rns stating a new company has been set up to move the assets in to and go rule 15 shell = sp rise
-directors buy ~£1500 more shares and trigger TR1 = sp rise
-new director comes on board = sp rise
-we have no news for long period and the sp drifts upwards on speculation.

any director steps down = probably up.

probability : It will initially go down for one reason but will probably go up on many.

curiosity is getting the better of me here.

tids sales were partly not his fault, his holding was held as security and sold by usa200 (or whatever their name was) because the value of his stock dropped they sold to cover the margin requirement which tanked the stock.

i say partly his fault because he was the one who put the stock in to that facility, the placings and multiple failures to meet of Vonks publicly made targets and over egged expectations of "Star wars" results from the worked over wells.

Ive decided i will probably take a small speculative punt here eventually, but i want to pay around 0.1p and not the 30 % spread, i want to make the money from my trade, i dont want to just over pay for the pipers (mms).

I’m sure there are many waiting to buy on the issue day at whatever reasonable price it ends up going to.

The Subdivision is needed to process a new issue of shares at below the current 0.5p par.

It’s just lowers the bar on the minimum price that they can raise capital at (to 0.1p instead of 0.5p) basically nothing to new to worry about or that has not been In the finer print of the rns’ or circulars, that has not been priced into the current share price anyway.

“ As outlined above, the Board is also currently considering, in conjunction with Rockpool Investments LLP, the disposal of all the Company's investments which comprise of a 44.5% carried interest in each of the nine 20MW co-owned FlexGen companies, which are being marketed for sale by Jones Lang Lasalle. Additionally, the Company retains a receivable of c.£650,000 in unpaid management fees from the aforementioned companies.



In accordance with AIM Rule 15, any such disposal would constitute a fundamental change of business of the Company as the Company would cease to own, control or conduct all or substantially all, of its existing trading business, activities or assets. Such a disposal would be subject to, inter alia, shareholder approval. The Board are also currently giving consideration to hiving out the remaining assets of the Company, including the interests in the co-owned FlexGen sites, into a newly incorporated private company which would be owned by the Company's shareholders on a basis pro rata to their existing shareholding in the Company. It is the Board's intention, should they decide to pursue this route, that this would take place concurrently with a prospective acquisition or reverse takeover of the Company.



At this stage no agreement has been reached on the terms of any potential disposal of the Company's existing operations or any other transaction and there is no certainty that any such agreements or transactions will be entered into nor on the terms or timing of such a potential disposal or other transactions.



Should the Company proceed with a disposal of all or materially all of its existing operations, the Company would subsequently become an AIM Rule 15 cash shell and as such will be required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 (including seeking re-admission as an investing company (as defined under the AIM Rules) on or before the date falling six months from shareholder approval of the Disposal or be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules (which requires the raising of at least £6 million of new equity funding) failing which, the Company's new ordinary shares would then be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 40.



The Company is reviewing potential investment opportunities and will provide updates at the appropriate time with regards to the future operations and funding of the Company.”

Just Had a text from my broker (Halifax ) assume its to do with the primary bid offer, has anyone else had the same?
