He’s just Walked away from three projects Since December which he used as an excuse to raise capital against over and over again... in reality it just funded his own salary and expenses for a while longer, new potential acquisitions and Aaog acquisition have not bore any fruit ..yet.... Only costs.

We are at 10% of the company issue traded so far, how much volume do you expect?

If the current significant holders dont want JB involved how do they secure that? they have to Buy shares off open market.

If JB wants to stay involved how does he do it? He has to buy shares in the open market or offer a buyout.

Mid September His sales stop and he has zero influence, which party will make the move?
