lol ive read so much on this company over the last month it all merges together, will be nice when its simplified if it gets to that point.

im on about the agreement in the articles of association from IPO, where he said he would not influence the board.

another question, does this not technically brake the agreement that he signed and is dropping to <10% for?

hes currently at 13% and is trying to make board changes, so the best thing the company can do is put off answering him until Thursday?

Anyone think its possible that JB will approach the significant share holders and offer to buy their stock from them if the are against his proposals?

Id love a chance to rebuy a ton of stock at 12p, JB has been selling at all levels from 18p - 5p, im sure he would love the chance to buy his stock back a close to these levels too, and im sure its not going to happen, hes rebuying at 20p+. And every time he rebuys the price is going up.

How do loan sharks get around it?
Are all of the legitimate ones FCA regulated?
The ones that charge over the FCA interest limit ?

You can lend to people without FCA approval in the UK

that guarantor lender in the USA that JB has been backing (he mentioned it on twitter last month when referring to fraud) would be a great start to an international expansion ............... now that we have the potential for JB to NOT go off and create an international market competitor but instead expand here. hes done his homework and probably has the trigger ready to pull on it.

If Amigo expands in to alternative lending, could that be a bit like NSF who have home credit, branch based lending and guarantor divisions?

ive always expected them to have a placing, 0.1p is par so the minimum price they can raise at without a share reorganization.

if there is a placing i expect it to rise to 0.15-2 to allow some forward selling of enough shares to raise £150-200k

today was all ordinary trades, i think fomo played its part, shows plenty of people have been lurking waiting for any movement.

i hedged it, im sat with half of holding that i had yesterday, sold at average 16p, repurchased this lot at 17.4.
i feel more comfortable now.
