All it takes here is a couple of official channels to achieve what JB needs, A handful of private companies /funds or personal holdings of <3%, maybe an international fund (can hold up to 5% before reporting under some circumstances) along with JB openly buying back Via a different vehicle when RG hits 9.66% and he will soon have 30% again.
