Been pushed up slowly day by day...watch out for a placing

I'm not, just posting my opinion based on my experience with the company and its constant jam tomorrow.. I can only post the facts as they have actually happened, it was a good investment at the start, lots of potential, but like others, it failed and now its just a basket case .

Have to admit, this share had so much potential, BUT, after the company has wasted millions of dollars and created bucket loads of shares....its now a basket case and one to avoid. The oil may be there but it ain't coming out, even after the millions wasted on it.

The investor is paying Mast their historic outlay which Mast will use to bring the next leg of the project to the second jv table. The investor will then get their part of their investment back and then plough that into the second phase or the jv too....win, win....we need investment, they provide it and the project gets brought to market and then we have our value.

And who is going to want to buy an oil field, that clogged up with wax and won't produce a steady flow before it clogs up again...lol

He was always good with his video updates telling us how well the field is preforming, must be due one soon...

A lot lower in time, no turnaround here until the Mercer money is converted, any sp increase atm is to just offload the recent placing shares at a profit......just my opinion. .gla

The last placing was at .44 and let's be fair, if you had bought in back then thinking the two million raised was significant....you would be well out off pocket now. Now we have a fanfare telling us about staff buying in at this new low, you would think this is the bottom.... we may have a mini spike, so they can make a few bob but with the Mercer facility still to be used and millions to be converted in time, this could easily go sub .10...gla

Gla...let's see a bit of positivity return here, funding for the projects sorted..

The following statement is from last year after the last placing.

The net proceeds from the Placing will be used to strengthen the Company's balance sheet as partnering discussions progress and provide working capital to continue to develop the Company's portfolio of early-stage, high-value small molecule programmes. The net proceeds of the Placing are expected to provide the Company with at least twelve months working capital.

Says it all, Clive kick her out because she was useless and that's why we've had the recent spike in the sp....so she could sell her share options as a severance pay.
