I have friends in the oil business working in the far east for subsidiaries of big oil companies and they say nothing gets done without a bribe, ok, it may not be obvious, but contacts are given only to (closed shop) family related companies at extremely good premiums ect,

Is expected and part of life in the oil business in certain parts of the world and now with PFC squeaky clean and big brother keeping an eye on them.....business deals may become a tad harder to generate..

Debt interest payments most likely are covered for now, but operation costs are not and if things continue they way they are, with the bigger hedge/ lower price per barrel looming, Copl will struggle to cover its debt obligations and then the real world will kick in...gla

JV or no JV has nothing to do with the fact the company isn't producing enough oil to cover its debt and running costs. A JV is only a desperate attempt to keep the lights on....can we have a few less false positive posts and talk real world...gla

So the new company being bought is basically a merger, so no real loss/gain there re the sp, but the placing and warrants ???...that's a massive diluting to the sp, we nearly need a ten bagger to get back to the last placing price..
So where do people see us in 6 months ?, answers most welcome...gla
