I been here longer than most, down on my investment, but that's my fault for believing Art and cant/won't blame others for my decisions. Having said that, I am liquidating at a loss atm, but better to have some monies back now rather than a lot less later....the writing is on the wall and listening to the rampers as they try to entice others to buy when the company is obviously on its knees, is not the most pleasant of situations to be in..

Oh, come on Eazy, your one of the biggest rampers here, tell us, what's going to happen if the elusive JV partner walks away ??

This is now a process of managing the company to get the bond holders to get out..
No bank will touch this with 42 million debt, 30 million in bonds and all your oil hedged at nearly half of today's price....anyway, bank lending rates have gone up substantial since he started to look for a new lender....all pie in the sky now..watch this space...

Copl had so much going for it, all the setbacks have killed any potential value here, the bond holders will work this to get themselves our and let's not forget, the hedge increase in February....Art ,what have you done ???
