I am right in presuming that when the 40 million shares come on the market on the 24th......then this share will be shorted to the ground in the 45 day warrant period so the finance backers will be exchanging their warrants at a much lower price ????

The big holders couldn't give a flying f... about the small holders, this will go private, be repackaged and list on nasdaq in 18 months with a couple more deals on board. In the meantime, they will squeeze the life of of the small holders.

In the process of submitting an application for funding and it doesn't open till October. On top of that, no mention of how long before you receive any funding or figure we would be hoping to get....not rns worthy to me.
