That prospectus creates more questions than it answers...sounds like the merger went ahead and now people are getting cold feet, the reading of it wouldn't inspire you to invest...

Sounds like those close to it have had a payday from the initial $20 million and will now have a large placing at peanuts which they can participate in and bag they're cheap warrants.

Both Sp's have tanked lately and guessing it's no coincidence, a deal has been worked with out to further fund Hamak. I'm guessing our sp might start to gain momentum now and at some point Hamak will offload, they'll then use the funds to gain a positive jorc report and in doing so, their sp will increase on proven resources and our holding value will rise accordingly. ...Or, on the other hand, I could be just a dreamer...lol

To continue to pay its creditors £400k every quarter....sub 4 is on the cards sometime soon...gla

In the scenario of hold or fold, it's always a challenge as to when to sell...just sold gpl at 50% profit (my target ), they have gone up another 50% since and may go further...Point I'm saying is, set yourself an exit target and bail if you achieve it ( and ffs be happy whit your gain ), so many get greedy only for a bad Rns to take the feet from under the sp later...gla
