Even if we forget the £5m listing the current mc of about £1m is option money as I feel that BZT is the resourse vehicle for CB, and Zambia will be the focus over the coming months.

I'm not sure that the market appreciates the huge value in the ground that this low mc company has. 1p has been suggested but I feel a figure somewhat higher may be justified.

Last year it was 30 April for results. This is a growth stock that is considerably under valued and is under the radar of most brokers and II investors. New contract wins recently that are likely to improve 2020 turnover to more than £3m and will benefit operational gearing . One concern I have is that they will be taken out by a larger business or a communications company wishing to add facilities management to its overnight. I can see the sp being nearer 3-4p once the market wakes up to the potential.

I agree with your thoughts Pete about a possible bid and the way it may unfold once the annual figures are out.
STAF is of a size that would interest a number of international players as well as local ones and the recent appointment as a Director, of the person who grew Harvey Nash is interesting. I thought I read somewhere that any bid would need to be made at 180p and by a certain date but I could be wrong.

I feel the update today has suggested that we are moving in the right direction so the results will be interesting as will current trading news. I also think that there is still the possibility of a predator appearing.

Someone will like this larger and more diverse project so it wont be the PIs, so if we don't like dilution we can top up.
CB will know what he is doing here and don't forget he and Tiger have a large stake in BZT

Last year the Finals were announced on 1 May so it may well be that results together with the Buffalo project update will be with us at the same time - next week. Very interesting times for BZT and over the coming months we could see a transformed company. CB has a number of interests in the region and some form of consolidation would not suprise me as I can see him wanting to be heading up a much larger consolidated group. The current MC of BZT in no way reflects current value or massive potential imo.

If CB can sort the deal for BZT by the end of April we could see a re rate in its price. But GLR should really make positive strides in the coming weeks.

We have about 10 days to go on the extended agreement. Any thoughts on what the outcome is likely to be be or if there will be a further extension. Not too sure what the sp is factoring in if anything.

And a sale. Looks as if the large sale on 8 April was an original investment of £50k. Perhaps the seller will have crystalised a loss at the start of the tax year and will buy back in shortly. Not too sure what the B&B rules are now but they have changed. If that is the case then the seller will be confident of a pick up in the sp or has other gains to set off. It's all rubbish but I have little else to do. GL

Entirely agree, once the virus has gone, as it will within the next couple of months or so, recruiters and STAF in particular will be inundated will a demand for work especially in the markets covered by STAF. What will be of interest is if the major holder decides to make a move for the whole company, or if another company makes an offer that forces an offer. Buy from fearful people is how one investor has made a lot of money.

A little over 2 weeks and we should get an update on Buffalo and perhaps on our other interests. The virus is not helping but the fundamentals continue to be in place so I can only see the current sp as a little undervalued.

I cannot see Albert Ellis who built up Harvey Nash, joining the Board in mid March for no good reason. He will help stabilise the company and turn it round. There are problems in the sector of course but STAF has a tremendous data base and is well known by business.

£1 coming soon by way of a bid from the major holder who I think will need to make an offer following purchases made up to the 29pc. No rush to make an offer but in the meantime STAF will be consolidating its position.

NAV shows a wrong value in respect of Barkby so not too much care being given. I would like to think that the BOD who really have nothing to do but look at the values of the investee companies are looking at how best to take TIger forward.
