It looks as if there is interest building ahead of the full year figures due in a couple of months. With a lot of repeat and on going contracts and some good wins recently 2019 will have been a good year, but 2020 will benefit more from recent wins as operational gearing clicks in. An outstanding growth stock that seems to be under the RADAR. What we need is the PR boys to bring the company to the attention of the market.

What a ay to run a business. They cannot raise funds to run what they should know about and now they want to try something else. The business should be closed down before it insults shareholders further.

Local oil out of the ground could be cheaper, good for our economy and on balance better for the climate, and those in power should encourage the production of it.

Looks as if there is someone who can see value here . Operational gearing, that is the key here where increase revenues go straight to the bottom line. I think that the sp should be a lot higher

I don't think I have posted here before but have to say I have a reasonable holding and feel it is one of the most attractive junior stocks on the market. What I like is that management have a fair bit of skin in the game and you have to ask why. Many new contract wins over the recent past in sectors that can be scaled and no doubt will be. Thus we will get the benefit of operational gearing - fixed costs that will allow new contracts, and repeat contract revenues to go straight to the bottom line. The year ended 2019 should be good following on from the interims but the current year will begin to see massive benefits from existing contracts and new wins. So I feel we deserve a better rating but need the market to latch on.

MC £27m Annual T/O £1.1bln and major holders topping up leaving little free float. Notwithstanding their recent past problem a bid looks on the way and the 100p you suggest Zah looks very possible. HRnet own 29.9pc and paid 180p for a large slice of their holding so a bid from another large holder at £1 would force the hand of HRnet. Interesting weeks ahead.

With holdings climbing when will HRnet make a T/O move - it owned 29pc and could move soon IMO

We need also to take on board that the new investors have put £525k into a company that at the time had a mc of £1.4m. Speaks volumes as to their determination to create a major company.

Could be wise to tuck a few of these away MS. I appreciate DL is not everyone's choice but he gets things going and knows his way around. On this occasion of course he was invited to join NQ. I feel the company will do very well and I expect to see the sp well ahead once it joins the main market.

A "Platform for Growth" the new investors called it and I don't expect them to waste time before they use the new shares.

Its the new shares that will probably be issued for any acquisition.

I think March is the time we will see activity or news thereof as it is then that the cash will have all but gone. I am bullish, I feel we will let some of the asset go but retain a slice for potential income or, the new CEO together with GC is planning a total exit that will provide cash for a shell.

Sorry the EGM is 26th. The Website mentions new investors as part of their review so this is starting to look promising. I don't think they will be investing bits of cash here and there but rather concentrate on a major prospect as yet to be known to the investing public. Perhaps the £500k is simply working capital to be used to tidy the existing operation and facilitate an RTO.

The EGM is 28th Feb I think so shortly after that I would expect to hear about any acquisition and if any of the existing assets will be kept. I rather feel a complete divest of what we have with a total focus being placed on a new prospect.
