A few sells so we may see a drop should there be another one

As I posted on 26 Feb it should be worth tucking a few of these away. DL is making NQM his baby and there is plenty of news/updates on their website. Once they sort the financing out they will look to have a main listing. The current mc of about £32m will be left well behind.

Suprised it has taken so long to arrive at this as we have known of the effects of Covid 19 for some time. I suspect that agreement cannot be reached. This will not send a positive message IMO.

Cash raised at 2.25p and warrants exercised at 2p suggests to me that investors like the story of the new shell. Australia seems to be the go to place now for resourse stocks so at current levels of about 1.7p could be attractive.

After the recent interest in GLR, up from about 0.36 to 0.90 can we expect a rerate for BZT to recognise our copper interests which are getting sme positive mention.

I also see this moving forward quickly. We raised cash recently and then all of a sudden we raised more. On impulse - No. The recent investors knew where their money was going and were quite happy to pay up in difficult times for raising cash. So within the next couple of weeks or so I expect to see a licence buy or perhaps corporate action.

Sorry 0.70p. Its in the region of a couple of Broker forecasts or about £100m. I can also see UJO consolidating the Onshore market to become the largest onshore producer. We could of course become a target of a bigger player which in a way would be a bit sad. But DB has done a fantastic job and without him there is no UJO.

You only need to look at the assets to see where the sp is going. Wressle will make a positive full year contribution in 2021. Biscathorpe will come on stream during 2021 and North Kelsey will also be on the map. These are all massive prospects for us and will deliver substantial income. On top of this there is West Newton which I feel will be groomed to be sold with a massive cash injection/return to shareholders imo. We could see the sp nearer the Broker forecasts of 0.70p within the year.

I feel sure that the potential prospects and the quoted investments held dwarf the mc of £2.2m. Massively undervalued probably due to the lack of liquidity in the stock that is not attractive to the day traders. But I think they miss a trick as PJ is not keen to have dilution but is likely to diliver

Following on from last year we will have the benefit of contract renewals and no doubt some new contract wins. Last year will have laid the foundation for a very good 2020.

Inclined to agree Fortitude. 17th June may be the date but we could hear well before then.

There seemed to be a lot of interest in Colin Bird companies last week - GLR, XTR and of course BZT and if you drill down, each of them has assets substantially below current their current MCs and it will be interesting to see if there is any follow through this coming week.

Having paid some 16m US for Egypt when signing the agreement based on 1, 100 boepd and now getting about 60pc more production it seems to me that the MC of about £10m is out of step. I appreciate COVID 19 has slowed things as has the price war between Saudi and Russia but C19 will ease and the price war will need to end for both involved if they want their economies to survive. Also am I right in thinking that BP have underwritten a fair amount of production at 60 US a barrel. Also the benefit of production goes back to the original agreement date well before C19 and the price war. Seems to me that when the Annual figures are announced in a week or so we could see the raise price of 3p left well behind. Also a couple of recent Broker notes put the sp at between 8p and 10p leaving the current 1.75p looking very tired.
