@ Brendyboy.
I'll assume then that your office is failing miserably. Or that the excess overtime booked by the real workers on the street, is through the roof. That is the real measure of volumes.
@ Redceo
"""In case your too busy to turn up here HAPPY CHRISTMAS, ISLE""""
Why would i ever be "TOO" busy. I start at my time, and generally finish at my time. Is that a problem with you or any of the other shareholders here?
And no medals are needed. I'm not going to steal time from RM, by getting in on my time and then taking 10 minutes having a coffee and chinwag.
It finally felt like crimbo had arrived. All sorts of space constraints, and people moaning. Not me though. I was in 10 minutes early. Had a coffee, then cracked on. It soon became apparent that the "volumes" were mainly to do with bulk items. Yes, there were more parcels, large and small, but nothing to get excited about. It's crimbo.
It will be interesting to see how much excess was booked.
If the past month is anything to go by, parcel volumes will be down. In my office and IMO. Only.
@ Impecunious.
I would suggest that the doom and gloom is because OMI is sitting on a world class asset, with absolutely no power to realise it.
Let's not forget the headlines on this board after Pepas had been drilled. In the OMI news section: Orosur finds gold! Why then, would MMA drill in another area. Even Brad couldn't understand it.
I'd love to be wrong, but OMI will sell all or the majority of Apta. IMO.
@ Jebgooner.
Loads of questions, but no answers from the BOD.
I cannot believe that 14 months after the agreement to move to P2, nothing has been resolved. Despite taking the 2 million dollars to ratify this agreement.
C & M because of the volatility of the country, i can understand. But shouldn't we be updated on a regular basis. Surely, things have changed since then. There are other miners (explorers) in Columbia. Is everything still at a standstill? I cannot be bothered to look, such is my apathy regarding OMI.
I thought OMI would have seen this through to production. My views have changed. Because of the financial side of things, i cannot believe that the BOD are not discussing a sale of what would be the remaining OMI stake. 25% if i remember correctly. Or part of it.
The delay bothers me, as i think Apta could be worth a lot! Raising to fund Argentina, Brazil and Nigeria whilst still holding onto Columbia, doesn't appear rational.
IMO, OMI will sell all but 5%, giving them that %age of any future profits.
How much is that stake worth, depends on the value to a small exploration company.
I'll go for 20 million. 1 million for every % of undeveloped area. 4 times M/C. To fund the exploration of Arg, Bra, Nig and pay the salaries of the bod, of course
@ Jebgooner.
I'm in total agreement with you. The recent lithium JV. Why? The money simply isn't there. And i don't actually think they'll raise through dilution. It may upset Newmont.
The only question will be, how much for Apta? We will not get a good deal.
A very, very good reason not to invest if you cannot handle the down side.
Who am i?
You constantly claim to be in profit, despite your history showing otherwise.
You blame everyone but yourself for losing money, despite your constant denials.
You then become abusive towards anyone who has a differing perspective to yours.
The workers of any company that you are losing money in, are to blame.
You spend all day on various boards, because this is where you monitor your investments.
Yesterday must have been a nightmare, because there was nobody to engage with.
You fabricate posts from other members to suit your warped narrative.
Answers on a 1st class postcard.
@ Sid786.
""""Could the negativity regarding late letters delivery be effecting the parcel delivery business..""""
I think the fact that RM have publicly stated that parcels DON'T take preference over letters, that may affect anyone wishing to send parcels via RM. Their lies could come back to bite them on their RRR's.

@ telso.
I would suggest that you have TheMoneyShark ever so slightly rattled. For such a cool guy.
It would appear that his posts are becoming more unhinged by the day. It's only a matter of time before another ban or disappearance. And then another re-appearance as The"Loser"Shark. Please feel free to amend "Loser" to any other word.
Today's mail was not as heavy, visually or numbers wise as yesterday. In my office, that is. Let's see the fallout from Black (are we still allowed to say Black?) Friday. I cannot wait. I love working to my time.
@ wasarunner.
Thanks. Certainly an eye opener.
Back to volumes, as opposed to size.
Excess booked as an average, equated to 10 minutes per duty. About 7 hours in total.
Failures yes. But for this time of year, i'm sure it's acceptable.
Traffic is down in my office, in comparison to previous years, IMO.
@ Oli G.
Oh dear.
I have a feeling that Maximus1 will be appearing. All the way from Maderia. LOL.
@ Oli G.
"""""...but first you need to have children.......""""
Well, he could buy some. Madonna did. And he's clearly an extemely shrewd investor.
Dare i say that in the future we could be posting to:
Baaaaby Shark, do do do, Baby Shark, do do do. LOL
@ TheMoneyShark.
""""Spending your days in pubs and clubs…..and I’mSupposed to be impressed by that?
F*ck me.""""
Not impressed, Sonny. That's what young people do. If they have a life. You're engaging with a load of pensioners. Get back to your wife and kids. Hmmmmm!! Get back to your friends. Hmmmmm!!
You have nobody and nothing, apart from me, Oli, Broch, JB, Maximus, Telso etc, etc, etc.
And your investment is down.
To wean you of me, i will no longer reply to your posts this evening.
@ Oli G.
I'm still waiting for my quid 20.
But, if the price goes up, i'll be happy for the majority.
Some posters here are seriously under water. I won't mention any names.
@ TheMoneyShark.
""""I live the ‘do whatever the f*ck I want life’ get over it old man. You can’t turn back time and turn around your mess of a life. It’s over for you old man.""""
Of course you do, Sonny. And i'm not saying you should do any different. When i was in my thirties i didn't engage with anyone over 40. I was going to pubs, clubs, the gym and generally socialising. How sad and lonely must your life be, that I Spy, Oli G and Broch are your best mates?
I can engage with you any time i want!
So, Sonny, make sure you reply to this post. Or i'll tell Daniel.
@ Rover.
An excellent read. I'm certain in the not too distant past, Blackrock investors probably felt the same as some (lots) here.
The continuous mention of Mahenge makes me feel confident. How far apart these sites are, i don't know. Maybe the more clued up can shed some light on this.
Still holding, but not as much as some. But my main concern is dilution, at these low levels. I thought that the recent surge in the SP, was dilution led. But it's only a matter of time. The pot is not bottomless.
@ TheMoneyShark
""""No, I won’t be. I’m in my 30’s and got some fat accounts that will keep me ticking over nicely for the foreseeable thanks for your concern though grandad.""""
Of course you have. You also have a full an active social life. That's why you spend as much time on this board as is possible. You're antagonistic and try to draw other posters in, just for the engagement.
You actually have no life, IMO.
At least i'm a pensioner, and Grandad. You're in your 30's, yet continue to post day in, day out.
SAD.
OMG!!!!!! Daniel is investing again. Oh, goodie! Maybe i'll buy a share or two.
My prediction is a takeover bid of 550p per share within the next year. LOL.
@ Brendyboy
But not as busy as last November.
What you actually see, does not always stack up in numbers. The figures will be released in Feb 2024.
