Is the first buyout price for any company actually accepted?

Regardless of the situation WG is in, surely Sidara, or indeed anybody else, would go in lower than what they would actually expect to pay.

I assume Sidara have a top end price, and the actual final bid, when 30p gets rejected, will be somewhere inbetween. But certainly more than 30p.

Seeing as this "Jasper" person is so important, can somebody ask him/her the renumeration package of our board of advisors?

Does anybody know the renumeration package that our esteemed board of advisors are getting? With the exception of the options given to Horlicks. Or where i can find this information? I hope the recent raise is to further this "invisible strategy" as opposed to filling their pockets.

Excellent post. And encapsulates what a lot of us feel.

My biggest frustration is that on good news, the price will grow, from what i consider, a lower level than we should be at. Having said that, would i take this share price now from where we were 12 months ago? Of course i would. And i'm hoping that the next 12 months see similar returns. Bring on the MRE's.

September 1st, 31 million warrants still to be exercised, including the block listing in January.

October 31st, 20 million warrants outstanding, including the block listing in January.

Most likely a deal in place? Really? Are you in the know? Because Newmont have assisted at El P, does not mean there is a deal in place. Have you forgotten that they were involved in Colombia, when OMI took over the land package in Argentina?

You also say the grades may not be as good as expected? Where are these expected grades published? Does this now make you the same as me? Trying to get in cheaper?

And understanding a UT is not voodoo. But you can call it any way you want too. The fact is you were, and still are talking, sheet. Apart from a couple of decent links, all you post is "in your opinion (but factually incorrect) and emojis.

This is where the problem lies. I don't believe anything about El Pantano is priced in. But if the results aren't decent then the share price will drop. Clearly this gives an opportunity to top up if funds are available. But why should it drop? It's a double edged sword.

Let's hope they hit straight away. That will render this post as obsolete.

Does anybody know the salaries of Laffer, Horlicks and Kaiser?

I do not remember seeing it anywhere. I know that Horlicks was granted options at 5p.

We all the positives surrounding OMI, so i thought i'd watch the presentation with a note pad and pen. Just so that i could list any possible negatives, post them here, and have a discussion about them.

My negatives are: NONE.

An absolutely stellar presentation. The confidence is clear to see.

What struck me most was El Pantano. And the "pleasure" it brought to both BG and LC.

I cannot help but feel that part's of Colombia will be sold (JV'd) off, to fund El Pantano. Should the drilling campaign be positive.

All in all, OMI is going to make some holders on this board fairly wealthy. Even from these levels. IMO

Surely 30p will be broken, and held, tomorrow.

I'm not actually sure it's been "pumped to the high heaven" as you suggest. Yes, investors got a bit excited on the rise up to 7p. But that was 2 months ago.

Well done for taking your pound of flesh. I'm sure you'll be back when this falls further, as you allude to.

A quick question for you. If this going sub 1p, and you have sold your massive holding. I will assume that you are now going "short"?
