You have highlighted the things that people do not see. But you did forget to mention the use of SISO. Or should i say the lack of use. The information gleaned from this was meant to be "revolutionary" within RM deliveries. Most managers do not use the data at their fingertips. Sorry, not most. NONE. And why are managers exempt from SISO? Nearly 50 grand a year for COMs, and they don't have to scan in or out? Lead by example!!!

I speak as i find, and see within my unit. I do not see the vast improvements that RM are predicting. End of story.

Of course the hierarchy will agree to look at all failed revisions. They have no option.I heard a whisper that there would be no further revisions until the failed ones were rectified. That was from an area divisional rep. And maybe putting off new ones until the failed ones are fixed, is what the CWU hope may sway some votes.

On another note Today i was told by a manger who is leading the next round of revisions, that my office will be visited soon to start the process.

So, two different stories from two senior people.

It will still be a yes vote, IMO. Although i'm not sure why this would make the share price shoot up. Everything is pretty much known.

Regarding revison failures. What happens if a duty/route can be completed by one pairing but not by another. This takes you down the allocating work on a personal basis. Something that was mooted by RM, not so long ago. I'll try to find the article.

And what happens if you put hours back in, and then the office is clear? Do you have staff sitting around idle? What about overtime? I've heard of offices where staff can only take their overtime out post finishing time. And you're paid via the pda data. Should all time be paid via the pda? I assume that this is what RM want. Maybe, this would not be a bad thing. At least it gives a base going forward.

Let's hope that the end is in sight. All it will be again is "we will look at failed revisions, bullying etc, the outstanding cases against reps, future engagement with local reps", so much of the same. Let's see if the DPR's, fully agreed with the management, actually come into play. October, in my area. And if they do, another round of revisions, taking out more duties, to cover the "new" DPR's. I think my office is due 4.

And this from the person who bought at over 5 quid a share, and thought it was a good investment. And is now buying (allegedly) at 2 quid a share and thinks it's a bargain. I don't think you've got any money left buddy. I've made 5 figures, you've made f**k all.

The fact is despite your hero Daniel (Your go to II) investing more, the market doesn't care. Regardless of what he sees, the price is still going down. About 10% since his last reported increase. You're obviously buoyant at the moment because of the 6p increase in the past two days. WOOHOO.

Yep. I'm still saving for my IA/Investment fund. I don't think IA will happen, but i do think the share will tank. I see absolutely no upside in RM at the moment. There are a million things wrong, but the likes of you lay the blame squarely at the feet of the real workers.

Revisions implemented? Not at my expense. How have they affected me?

Start and finish times, still the same. You keep banging on about 90 minutes, talk to me when it actually happens.

Sick pay? The new propsed changes would not have affected me at all in over 30 years. While i agree it may drag some into line, IT DOES NOT AFFECT ME!!!!

I think that the pay rise discussions have moved on from july last year. For clarity, and i know you need it, the latest "agreement" was for 10%. That's what you have said many times. But it wasn't. It was for 6% this year and 2% next year. How many times did your top fella "Thompson", your main man, say there was no more money? Check the video recordings you have of him. You must have dozens.

Tryng to explain to the deluded is very difficult on this board. You make a very good point, and something Anger, and his little band of not so merry men, should agree with. Apparently it is the fault of the CWU and militant posties that Saturday (6 days per week) deliveries still exist. Because we want an easy life. You could not make the stupidity up!

At the end of the day the CWU didn't get what they wanted, but neither did RM. But sooner or later i'll get that 6% at the expense of the company and shareholders. Less dividends for them. Oh, hang on. What's less than sweet F.A?

RM could afford nothing last year and now they can afford 6%. Gifted to us posties by Thompson. For a loss making business that's quite a big hit. This is probably why the share price (and your investment) are totally garbage.

Now, i'm certain that IA didn't work. Or the subsequent ballots. So how the CWU can demand anything is a mystery to me. What you mean to say is that RM "HAVE OFFERED THIS PAY RISE". It hasn't been accepted, yet. So nothing to do with demands, but more the fact that RM believe they can afford it.

And regarding Mrs Smith and her Private Eye subscription for Saturdays. The USO is (for the umpteenth time) not led by the CWU. It has f**k all to do with the CWU. Have you heard of the Government and OFCOM? Did you read the statement put out the other day? How many more times can you post the same old BS, in the faint hope that somebody may believe you?

It's called commit to deliver. Something that i actually believe in. If i think i'm going to fail, i notify management. Believe it or not, they will say take all your parcels and whatever mail you think you can deliver. And that is what i do. If it means me going over, i will. It's never by much.

I wouldn't call it above and beyond though. You, however, think it means that. Should i bring back mail and small parcels for about 80 addresses? Is that what you would do as a militant?

If deliveries cannot be finished due to revisions,of course that impacts QoS. Yes, i've been allocated more work. As has my entire office. It doesn't mean it's getting done,when it should be done. Have you heard of the USO????? It doesn't mean i'm doing more. I welcome the extra delivery points attached to my duty. It protects my job. Or are you too stupid to realise that. Bring it on. Give me more. Daily USO failures.

I don't get paid to worry about it. The days of looking out for your customers are long gone. Now i take out loads of customer services cards. Have a 5 minute discussion (more excess pay) and off i go to the next disgruntled person.

@ Newdealz. The person that i'm talking about was crowing from the treetops when the share price went over 250p recently. I find it strange that the very same person did not mention taking profit off the table. 70 grands worth at 240p, crow, crow, crow. Money off the table????
