As far as i'm concerned, discussions have already been had. Once everything is signed off, i expect that shortly after, there will be another RNS confirming a partner.

For example:

BG is a liar.

The company is bankrupt.

There is a placing coming soon.

OMI will never take back Anza.

BG is playing golf.

I hold millions of shares.

The share price will soon be in the 1's.

I'm still buying/holding despite the fact i think the share price will fall.

How will you base your investments, without these pearls of wisdom?

I apologise for bracketing you with the other negative posters here, who are still holders by their own admission.

The positive posters here, of which i am one, still stand by their investment. For whatever reason. If you look at my history on OMI, i did state that an agreement would not be reached until next year. I'm still adding and my most recent was on Monday for 1200 quid. And it's down. I've got another 6 months until i start to get a bit concerned.

But why would the negative posters, yourself included, still hold?

It makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever, that if you think the price is in freefall, sell and buy back lower.

Multi million shareholder Bhargav recently bought at 3.8p. LMFAO.

Johnstoneo has been calling this all the way down from 8p, and still holds his vast amount. LMFAO.

And now we have Impecunious saying the company is going bankrupt. Where do i start with that?

The positive is ANZA.

The negative is AIM.

Money will always need to raised.

So, why don't you, and all the others, sell and buy back in after the next fund raise? It won't be long IMO.

Well done for selling at a loss, and admitting it. You had the courage to take a hit based on your thoughts. Unlike some.

You took a punt? This is AIM. Virtually every investment is a punt.

The vanity projects? Funded by MMA as part of the JV agreement, as there had not been a placing until recently. The last one at 17p if i remember.I stand to be corrected on this.

A placing? This is AIM. Placings happen and generally with warrants attached. Whilst anyone can speculate about when this may happen, nobody actually knows. But i 100% agree that it will happen. At what price? If it happens soon, 1.8p. 30% discount from here, warrants attached and forward selling, dragging the price down to 2p, before announcement. This is hardly a ground breaking statement, and all IMO.

How much will they need to raise? I'll leave that to the many, many experts here.

Do i care? No, not at all. I invested for Anza, as well as the fact that Newmont/Agnico were involved. Anza still remains. As does the area it lies in. The gold doesn't simply disappear.

And for all the losers on here, some words of advice.

1 - Don't invest what you cannot afford to lose. (Too late for that, for all of you, but not me).

2 - There's no point in crying over spilt milk. ( Too late for that, obviously, for all of you, but not me).

And the list of disgruntled shareholders gets longer and longer. Nobody could make this up.

Listen Gents and Ladies. If the company is so bad, SELL YOUR SHARES! (RHT excepted). Or is there some potential upside to your pathetically high averages?

ACP are going bust. They have no money, cannot raise and have no leadership. Matt Bull is a parasite who does nothing to justify his salary, along with the rest of the board. Mahenge is a POS and Blackrock haven't done what ACP wanted them to do.

Yet all three of you continue to hold! Oh no. RHT doesn't. He is here to save us, because the end is nigh. Amtech and leathal will come out with usual ball locks that there is no point in selling now. I'm in the same boat and i agree with everything you all say. Can i join your little gang now?

This is possibly the most ridiculous post, EVER!!!!!! I fail to see the correlation between the city and geology. But if you can, please explain.

Can you tell me and others why you "still" hold? The company is going down the pan, right? Nothing positive will ever happen, right? Taking something from the soon to be, embers of OMI, is surely better than nothing. After all, you are a big holder, right? Yet you continue to hold, right? Now, why would that be, and how many shares do you hold Johnstoneo?

I don't think MMA are stalling. Newmont own 14% of OMI, i just think that they have bigger fish to fry. However, that is not to say that they do not want OMI to be successful. Agnico are a different kettle of fish. A preferred partner for OMI, IMO. Because of their knowledge of the deposits in Anza. That's why they were brought on board. I'm not sure why they want out.

Newmont have already made their position clear. Not just here but other JV's. With GGP for example. They want to concentrate on their largest investments.

I'm liking the fact that they are a majority shreholder in OMI.

There is only one way that there will not be a placing, and that is if there a JV with someone with much bigger pockets than OMI. Anyone that thinks any different to this, is deluded. But as things stand at the moment, we do not know.

I'll take the positive spin and suggest that when all things are resolved, we WILL have someone on board. Someone who sees the undoubted potential in Anza.

We'll see if the info is great. I emailed BG on Friday, and he responded yesterday. Absolutely brilliant. I certainly didn't expect a response that quickly.

I have no reason to think he's lying. And i did post that 100% ownership would be achieved next year.

All the BS about him stringing us along and taking a salary, is pure frustration, IMO. We all get frustrated with the slow progress, but how many of us have been in similar situations.

I will be emailing him again soon. I suggest everyone try it.

If you think this project will never get off the ground, taking what is left of your investment, is surely the best thing to do.

I've never understood why posters say that this project cannot make it, but still hold. If anyone thinks this will fail, something is always better than nothing.

I'm in the positive camp. There's a lot of gold in the mid cauca belt.
