Of course it's been tough, under MMA. I thought that having two majors on board, was a guarantee for success. I was wrong. I still don't understand why MMA didn't let OMI carry on with the exploration, and fund it.

As for why i think a JV for Agnico may be a possibility. Agnico were brought in because of their expertise in dealing with VMS deposits. They were under MMA banner, so when Newmont wanted out, and OMI wanted 100%, Agnico had to play ball. That's my interpretation.

And i did not say agreed. Please see above: "may be a possibility".

Of course, i could be 100% wrong. It wouldn't be the first time. But, it was Newmont who wanted to prioritise their major holdings. I do not recall Agnico saying the same.

Let me explain why i think that JV talks are under way. And may well progress depending on Pepas results.

Agnico and Newmont have walked away with virtually nothing. Apart from a forward looking agreement on production. Newmont are still large shareholders, so could benefit from any price rise. How many shares do Agnico hold? Why would Agnico relinquish all of their percentage of Anza? Agnico, if i remember correctly, are experts in VMS deposits. Anza is apparently full of VMS deposits. It all stacks up IMO.

I know that LC said drilling next year for Argentina. Why would they spend money on that, when Anza is going full steam ahead?

And as for raising money for a year? You quoted £2.5M for salaries etc and £1.5M for drilling. £4M.

That's 33% dilution of our m/cap. Factor in warrants, as with all dilution, at least a 2 for 1, then that's 50% dilution from here. Raising at 3.2p and shares in issue of 400 million. These are the facts that you mentioned the other night. The share price is not 10p. Supposition on your behalf.

I've been here about 3 years. When BG started talking about elephant country. I could look back to when my first buy was, but i don't see how that is material to this debate. Maybe you can check for me.

You mentioned £1.5M, i said £1.3M.

You mention JV's? I assume that you know that these can be constructed in any form? For example: Up front cash payments. That could be used to pay salaries etc?

And regarding Argentina? Why walk before we can run? I cannot remember the agreement that is in place, but i'm sure if El Pantano is as good as some here say, then that will be dealt with accordingly.

I firmly believe that Colombia needs proving up. Before anything else.

And finally. What do you think BG will be holding back for the 16th? Do you think he is going to release price sensitive news in an investor meeting? That is not going to happen. So, maybe he will release news on the 13th, or at 7am on the 16th. Or at anytime before then. But i doubt he will be holding anything back. I think that the prompt RNS's are testament to that.

32 million warrants at an average price of 4.1p could be exercised. That would bring in £1.3M. I'm hoping for an RNS to this extent.

I'm not sure how long you have held, but if it was before Phase 2 agreement, and you have held since, then you must have had a feeling. One headline result, and nothing since.

For clarity, i will now change feeling to "of the opinion".

With PEP 012 and 013 in Medellin, i'm hoping for a delay in the actual results. If they are rubbish, there will be no delay.

I cannot help but feel, that should results be "good", then a JV has been lined up already. I also feel that if this is the case, it will be Agnico. Aren't Agnico experts in VMS deposits? Isn't this the reason they formed MMA with Newmont?

100% agree with you.

I do think that BG wears his heart on his sleeve. I mentioned in a previous post about him being a geologist, and how this discovery probably meant more about discovery, than money, to him.

BG knows much more than us. And he still is, and always has been, excited about Colombia.

I remember the "drilling in the wrong location" episode. This could actually end up a positive for OMI.

i'm looking forward with a certain amount of trepidation to these results, but also nervous excitement. this is why we are here, and i'm hoping that bg has got this right.

i am actually hoping that the assay results are not released next week. but that the results had to be re-tested, because of the high grade. and that this is released via rns.

@ JBT. It is still 13% maximum from RM, depending on employee contributions. But the new cash builder scheme allows employees to put in an extra 1% and RM will match that. Tax efficient, of course.

I'm not sure how RM's contributions stack up against other companies, but it appears generous to me. One of the things that will reduce for future employees i imagine.

Why do you grace these boards for peasants, when your investing acumen suggests a higher level of debate. It would seem that you have never lost on a stock that you have invested in. Well done.

Everything is now geared up for SPR to take full control of BMN for peanuts.

When they temporarily defaulted on payments in Jan / Feb alarm bells were ringing. They picked up Vanchem,

Mahenge etc for a song. And the same will now appy to Vametco.

What appeared to be fantastic to have SPR on side, now seems to be the death of this once promising company.

Acacia selling down raised huge alarm bells with me. If i remember correctly i mentioned that they were not in the equation, going forward.

Good luck to anyone still holding here. I made some decent money 6 years ago, and gave some back recently. I hope this turns around for all of you.

Anything that could be deemed as price sensitive should be released through the proper channels. I'm not sure if anything has changed regarding news, or how price sensitive it is, but "X" is probably not the place.

For anyone interested, i have emailed BG with some questions, this being one. I think i know the answer already, but will wait. I will post here should i get a reply.

The dealer is responsible for the size of the commission, depending on the lending percentage interest agreed by them and the borrower. Something that CBG had no control over.

This is a total mess. How can someone willingly sign a contract, after reading the small print, agree to the t's & c's, and then 15 years later say that they are owed money? It's in black and white. You want this much and you repay this much, over this amount of time.

Another question for everyone. What happens to someone who has defaulted on a loan? They must be eligible for compensation. As they were not told about the commission.

Somebody has to see sense and put a stop to this absolute nonsense.

Could you share your credit amount and total repayment over those 5 years?

I'm trying to get a handle on the percentage commission paid to dealers, and how that equates, in proportion, to the amount paid back by borrowers.

Thanks for that. I'll assume 17 years at 8% interest on commission paid on finance provided between 2007 & 2021. Reducing as each year passes. And of course length of finance. I did do a quick "worst case scenario", but i'm adjusting as things move on.

More questions if anyone knows the answers.

When was the commission cap introduced by CBG, or was it always in place?

Was the commission passed onto the borrower by the dealer? If this wasn't passed on, how could CBG be liable for anything that is outside of their control, and costs the borrower nothing?

Does anyone know how far back you can claim from?

I assume that the any claims would end in 2021.

I asked earlier, but i have had no response.

Can someone tell me what the cash burn is per month?
