Does anyone know what the cash burn is per month?

Every finance provider could be liable if the SC uphold these claims.

So what happens in this case? How many lenders will actually go bust? Does this extend to the mortgage market?

This will be catastrophic for anyone wanting credit, going forward. And what happens when somebody wants to sell their property? Because of the finance trying to be clawed back, interest rates will only go up. Thereby forcing property prices to drop. Possibly putting people into negative equity.

The people claiming now, will be the first whinging about increased interest rates, lower house prices and how much harder it will be to acquire finance. And all for a couple of grand.

I called these people parasites a few weeks ago. What i should have said was stupiud parasites.

Whilst i agree it's always nice to defend your investment, it is clear, that the above two posters, are here to antagonise. They are not holders, despite their assurances. Why would anyone with a 20p average call a share price as going down, and yet not average down?

Why would someone with 2 million shares, at a ridiculous average, buy at 3.5p, and claim he is trying to recoup his money """ON SPIKES"""?

We all have various issues with the progress that OMI have made, or are still making, at the moment.

We can all air these here. For better or worse.

But, a genuine request. Can everyone here stop replying to the clearly antagonistic posts of Bhargav and Johnstoneo?

It's pointless. It's easy to berate a company that isn't working as we would like. So, for the likes of the 2 aforementioned posters, this really is the gift that keeps giving. At the moment.

Ignore these posters, and let them talk amongst themselves. However hard it may be.

In that case you are on the wrong board. As you are never angry, as you have made many multiples on your investments across all investment spheres. So, take your selling points for anything other than OMI, and direct it in the right direction. I fail to see why you spend all day, every day here. Spouting off about all things not OMI.

I cannot see the SC not upholding CBG's claim. If they do not, then all and sundry who have borrowed, will jump onto the "claiming i've been lied to, give me compensation" bandwagon. This will destroy companies, far and wide.

Unfortunately, you will have many no win, no fee solicitors, encouraging this.

Shocking really, when you consider that many (ALL) people who took out loans, would have agreed to the commisiion anyway.

The prices are very clear, it's the commission that is not. All that will happen is that any future agreement will ahve the commission written into the small print. The dealer may also have to verbally make a point to the buyer, that commission is attached, and how much.

However, to mitigate any substantial losses by the lender, commission will go up. Thereby raising the price of loans, and cars bought on tick.

Why would anyone peddle their opinions here? It is not the place. They should take their selling points to the relevant places. If there is nothing to say about OMI, then fine. Sometimes we all divert to something that may correspond with OMI, but this is getting rather boring.

Instead of trying to answer the question, or look into it, you resort to abuse.

As a shareholder, you should give a ****.

This particular method of delivery was going to save RM millions on overtime, and reduce failures. If you understood how it works, then you may see the postives and negatives. I understand that it has not been as productive as first thought.

But of course, any idea that would save RM millions of pounds, would have no effect on the share price, would it?

Do you think that OMI may have been slightly over-valued at 45p per share? The gravy train was ridden very well by some. Unfortunately, you have the serial moaners here, who got shafted because of their own stupidity.

For a non-producing company to have that valuation, was a bit optimistic.

It did however, enable BG to raise at 17p, with 25p warrants attached.

Do you remember everyone moaning when BG raised at 17p? It would seem like a good deal now.

I understand that the trialled "ringwood" method of delivery has been shelved. Called because of the office it was trialled in, i now hear that all the frames have been dismantled, and all wings have been replaced. Back to the status quo. Regardless if this was a good idea, or not, it seems like more good money given to the white collar brigade. If, of course, this is true.

Have you not read the posts of the elite here? Bhargav and Johnstoneo. Posters who are so highly revered because of the investment acumen. These two posters are so heavily under water here, yet continue to hold. They continue to criticise the company and BOD, yet are "waiting" for the right exit price.

They say the share price will not go up by much. If at all.

Should CBG be found "guilty" and lose this case, how much does this nurse stand to gain? Looking at cost + plus interest for the loan, wouldn't that be the norm? Would she be "entitled" to the 180 quid plus any interest accrued over the agreed period, and up to and including the current date?

Did you hear what BG said about Pepas and where this site was? I hope it continues to rain. Regarding expenditure of funds, why didn't you ask? Regarding the staffing, why idn't you ask?
