I've just watched the webinar, and am very happy with what i have seen and heard.

Funding? A given, but yet to see in what form.

Drilling? Still to plan, post completion of buy back.

I'm loving the artisanal tunnels thing. That must be a geologists dream.

Nothing new about the terrain, but reiterating that Pepas is accessible.

Acreage has doubled, for nothing. I cannot see how this is a bad thing, as alluded to by some posters.

And let's see if the warrants are exercised. I'm hoping so, as is BG, in the near future. As with all warrants, the share price would have to be higher than the strike price, to facilitate selling. So the investors will take part in further equity raises.

I will be in touch with BG, as i wasn't able to post any of my questions. I'll post here if i get a response. And i know i will.

Stop talking BS to support your cr ap investing. How high did you expect the price to go for a non producing explorer, so that you would make a decent return? You had the chance to sell and minimise your huge losses, but didn't. And now you are trying to feed of scraps of a price increase, just so that your latest buy in price will make a return.

Even when there was a 100% increase in one day, you still spouted the same old nonsense. I am so glad that your 2 million+ shares are losing heavily.

You are a serial loser. So take whatever pittance you have left and buy a new scouring pad. Get back to that kitchen and rattle those pots and pans!

What is ruthless about asking people to work within their time? If you are standing around doing nothing, where is the problem.

As for older staff being moved to "harder" areas? They only have to work their time. And if the works harder, they will work slower. Or get assistance from the management.

The same applies in delivery. I'm not as quick as i was when i started. But i won't let the job, or management, kill me. Management can give me as much work as they want. I love it.

As for managers. Maybe they should revert to the role of a blue collar worker for a few months.

Maybe, Daniel will insist they do.

Paper letters will be around long after i've left this earth, and you. I agree that volumes are diminishing. See my recent post. But so are the amount of staff actually delivering them. All recruitment now is aimed at parcels, over 7 days. DPR's are still the flavour of the day, as they were when i first joined 35 years ago. This is nothing new, just different, and obviously busier.

I'm not sure what your take on delivery office managers are, but believe me, there are huge savings to be made. Let's hope that Daniel starts there, with his costcutting. Unfortunately, this will not benefit any shareholders.

If DK takes over, and i hope he does, the first thing that you will see is a massive cull of white collar workers. How do i know? Because i see the absolutely shocking waste of money and hours on these people. And how they run their operations.

Back to the LPSM's. No further progress, unsurprisingly. But i'll assume that when this is up and running, there will be another round of staff reductions. And rightly too. Surely though, with less staff, you will need less managers?

A new LPSM is being installed in my parent MC. It is meant to go live from November. The increase in mechanisation means that the 18 staff required to run it, increases the throughput from about 2000 items per hour to 3000 items per hour. I don't know how much this machine cost, but ultimately it will pay it's way.

More concerning for me as an an employee, but shareholders too, is the huge drop in letters. Some walk sequenced mail is now presented in bundles, as opposed to trays. The manual has not increased.

I imagine that within 18 months, there will be huge changes to the current delivery methods.

I can ask about the timetable for the JORC. But i'm sure that you will understand, that the response will be the same for drilling. Be it in "the rainy season" or not.

I assume as a non holder that you have read the RNS's regarding funding. If you haven't, i suggest you do. I would suggest that after reading them, that funding was trying to be secured. I assume, rightly or wrongly, that funding was not achievable. For reasons unknown to me, and possibly you. But please enlighten me if you have more insight.

That well may be the case, but for at least two years you've been banging the same drum. Why didn't you sell and bank profits, instead of losing all of your profits. Your words, not mine.

Ramping is not exclusive to AIM. This may be the last AIM company that you invest in, but do not be so naive to think it's restricted to AIM. I have a feeling that you will feel a lot of financial pain, going forward.

Not happy with the board? MMA have bben running the show for over two years. They put Anza in to C & M. I'm not qualified to say what the board could have said about that, as MMA were (and still are) running the show.

As for Boregav buying in the 30'sand 44's? If he believed in the company, why does he not average down? I think your friend may be a little economic with the truth. Let's not forget that after Pepas grades were released, the share price went up over 100% (at some point) in a day. 13p -26p??? He could have sold then but didn't.

It didn't from the start. It's a gamble. But i can assure you, that somewhere along the line, there are thousands of investors that have made good money here. Just because it wasn't you (or I), doesn't make the company or it's directors necessarily wrong.
