An interesting article. But, apparently, because NS & I have already given Daniel to increase his holding to above 25%, then there will be no obstacle from them for a complete takeover.

The recent proposals by RM do not do away with the USO. The one price goes anywhere and 6 days a week service will still be in place. This does not require government approval. I have no idea why OFCOM cannot make a decision, one way or the other.

OFCOM are of the opinion that RM can make the USO, in it's current format, profitable. That is why it has not been changed yet.

I work in delivery and can see all things possible regarding the USO. I would suggest that OFCOM think that RM management are not pulling their weight. What other reason would there be for their stance on the USO?

It makes no difference apparently. According to great and the good here.

For example, the fact that Daniel offered 3 quid 20p for the company did not elevate the share price from 2 quid 20p to 2 quid 80p.

Or the subsequent offer of 3 quid 60p has n't elevated the share price to 3 quid 20p.

So, regardless of the fact the Daniel may not get his hands on IDS, the share price will not alter. Apparently.

Daniel also said a short while ago, that he would not be putting in a bid for IDS. And we know how that has panned out. Any assurances from Daniel, and i believe there have been some already regarding "job security", should fall on deaf ears. I don't believe him, nor should anyone within RM. The white collar workers must be shaking in their boots.

Or maybe, they'll give them all VR, and then re-employ them. A master stroke from our former leader, the Thompson Twit.

I remember you mentioning that on more than one occasion.

Oddly enough, my local MC, is giving out VR. Apparently (so not necessarily true} a lot of the parcels are going through Daventry first for sortation, thereby rendering many staff surplus to requirement. I'm sure i mentioned this before.

There are also rumours that delivery offices will be relocated within the MC, when space permits. There are two in there, already. Maybe doing away with the PSM's within the MC, eventually, to accommodate this?

I should add that that is taken from the esp portal where you view, buy sell, amend all things within your RM holding.

With SPR, Acacia, Orion and the directors holdings, that equates to over 630 million votes. Over 25%,

Kamran Sattars 75 million holding, and questions, will be insignificant. Although i do agree with his stance.

Unfortunately Vanchem has to go, to keep the lights on. It is spelt out on more than one occasion in the RNS.

How odd that Orion have agreed to restructure their loan, as part of the Vanchem disposal. And, if i've read this correctly, provide a further $10 million. I stand to be corrected on this.

On V prices. We are getting close to the 360 day 0%, which is where we want to be. When, if, this turns green, hopefully within the next couple of months, Vametco can start making us money again.

Fingers crossed. But if SPR, Orion and Acacia see a future profit for vanadium, through Vanchem, then i will have to take some sort of positive from that.

It makes no difference whether or not another bid is made or not. Apparently, it's a win win situation. The share price goes up with a bid, the share price goes up without a bid.

IMO, if VESA do not bid again, or it fails, then Daniel may be looking for the exit door.

That was in response to my white collar workers cull.

You also miss out on the pretend investments, where all are in profit. I wish i had hindsight like that. Maybe, i should make up some investments that i never had. Now, that would make me really important, in my own twisted little world.

There is good news. At 4 quid a share TheMoneyShark is selling up for a 30% profit (yeah, right), and he will never frequent this board again.

If VESA take over there will be a wholesale culling of white collar workers, IMO. Why are you not championing this? It will reflect positively on your loss making portfolio.

Do you fail to understand that the more jobs that go, makes my job ever more secure? I will not do any more work. My delivery points, letters, parcels, sorting and prep will all go up. But i will still finish at my time, but actually spend less time on delivery. This is not rocket science. Please try to understand that your attempt at trying to understand how delivery works, makes you look ever more stupid.
