I can see why the market does not value the assets that Vast has- The BP licence issue demonstrates the process is clear as mud- thought everything was agreed all parties had signed up, every possible angle had been covered but what do we find that the application had not reflected the legal requirements- question of trust remains and until that document with the stamp on it arrives trust will not be restored, and then only then I expect the share price to boom and the rest of the assets to be evaluated appropriately.

All he needs to do is give a honest statement saying either we have got it or we have not, I am not bothered either way as long as the uncertainty is removed and am sure most long term holders would respect this- we need to move on from this and a clear acknowledgement of the current situation needs to be communicated, its become a credibility issue and in many ways farcical, the longer it is continued to fester more damage to the reputation it will do.

Kingsley thanks for the email update, perhaps in the next communication if you could ask AP to what timescale does the nomad work to in responding to rns monitoring and are those working days and what is the absolute final deadline for them to ok the rns.

They need to clarify asap, uncertainty is not good for sentiment, rightly or wrongly the market was led to believe the 18th as an absolute end delivering the license. For their own credibility they need to make a statement to clarify where we are with the license- it may not be important in an overall context of the company but one would expect a professional outfit to at least pay attention what would be expected of it.

I am sure they can arrange a courier to pick it up if confirmed that it has had the approval stamp. Some sort of confirmation is required for the credibility of the company and bod.

Angus I agree with you there is something or rather someone who doesn't want vast to get this damn licence and is determined to delay/ put obstacles in even to the last second. One would have thought that through the last 3 years everyone has been consulted and their agreement is sought and all it requires is a final stamp and still they (ANRM) want to take it to the last permitted second before they issue it or will they come up with another excuse/reason to not issue?

Sorry Cast badly worded- as I say just playing with conspiracy theories to explain the share price being kept in this range despite the great strides made in the last few months. Not ANRM itself as a body but someone with influence in there having his/her arm twisted to slow down as much as possible- just as I say just thinking aloud and noting to substantiate.
