Agree Saratoza, part of the problem is that AP raised expectations that work would be starting @ BP straight after granting of the license, by for example saying gant chart would be produced and shared with shareholders in the next few days etc. had he clarified that Tranche B would take some time with dd to be done and it was linked with starting he works- to be honest I had expected the dd to have largely been completed before hand. Personally not worried as here for long term but like to get clear and accurate communication from the company.

yes would second that, good post Wood and a good honest interview. One thing I would add is that the Nomads on AIM need to define "shortly" and "imminent". I can understand AP argument about Tranche B that it is out of his hands but Q3 results are within his control, so lets have them, we need to see what progress is being made or not.

I think the the new diamond policy will be announced before this end of this week. my reasons for this are next week on 26th there is a conference on investment opportunities in Zimbabwe, they need to showcase something new to make some impact.

They need (q3) out, the market is reading the situation negatively as it is. As a long term investor I would prefer a honest and transparent reporting, short term volatility is inconsequential.

I think Q3 should be out asap, good or bad. It is the suspicion that they are bad that is dragging the share price down. Market does not like uncertainty and when market is expecting Q3 and T2 some other rns comes along and disappoints the market. Personally not worried worried about the short term fluctuations and wish had more cash to invest to reduce my average. Expect something on the diamond policy in Zimb this week and perhaps confirmation of a jv.

Thanks for the welcome, I too have made many mistakes and incurred considerable losses in other shares. I have been watching GDR for about 2 years and think it has reached a base level and will move upwards slowly, underpinned by fundamentals and as the story unfolds over the next 6months could gain significant traction.

After watching for couple of years on the sidelines, decided to take a small stake here yesterday, think the audited results anticipated this month may provide traction going forward.

Agree GF, if you want to be taken seriously as company and investors to have confidence you need display a professionalism by adhering to your own guidelines.

They need to say it that they won't be issuing quarterlies, if set a precedent you need to state why you are departing from this, otherwise the market will read something untowards of the situation.

Pecten, I've also been entertaining this theory that some who have put money directly into Blueberry have reduced their holding in Vast in order to free up cash and thus the gradual reduction in share price in parallel with general market conditions. If this has been the case then we should see the brakes coming off. Lets see how the next few days unwind, should really have the Q3 results soon.

Just to clarify, the investment is in EMA(Blueberry) and not in Vast, we own 29% of this EMA, which will be IPO'd in due course.

Perroverde, thanks for sharing your observations from the AGM, was anything uttered regarding Q3 results, in the recent past thay have been made public in the 1st week or so of the following quarter.

BOD spread being down explains because they would need to raise money in order to contribute to the Heritage concession start up, we have already raised last week, all bodes well for next few days/weeks- where's Q3 production figures?

I think it's the markets in general and quite a few miners are down about 3%.
