I think that's what we were led to believe for 9 months, It appears that it has dawned on them finally to see that there is a straightforward case for pursuing the advisors of the company. But nothing is really clear they keep jumping adhoc from one strategy to the next. It beggars belief that they can't even get audited results out in time for what is a none operating company- the longer they keep going the more money they can draw out in pay to themselves. It would be interesting to know the current cash position. Hopefully they haven't done any stupid investing like BST. The cash should be returned to shareholders, it's not safe in their hands.

By the end of this month there is the feasibility study due to be submitted to ANRM, are they going to give some more assay results? Also they have been drilling Zagra for about 2 weeks now will the company give some preliminary indications of the observations?

Good post Rob agree totally, if Manaila is going to be a slow burner, use the money set aside for the new plant there to be used on BP to bring the cash generation asap, go for the low hanging fruit in order to buy a ladder for the high fruit.

Dodge has done a fairly comprehensive list, but maybe worthwhile asking AP if there is a plan b if Mercuria don't play the ball, I can't believe all this time has been wasted without putting something in place just if Manaila didn't perform. Surely there would have been some sort of risk assessment and alternative plan prepared.

Dodge good set of questions- also would add that AP to do what he says he is going to do and if for some reason can't then also say you can't do it, for example after the granting of BP license he said would produce a detailed work programme/Gant chart but has not done so.
