If there is any future raise it would be commensurate with a very significant order requiring capital to increase production, otherwise they are fully funded.

I am surprised that none of the major shareholders have stepped in to stop these shenanigans, unless they are a party to whatever the end game is.

They are (management-board) experts in the insurance industry, surely they or their advisors have done risk/cost benefit analysis before proceeding with the disposal. I can't believe they would be this incompetent- something doesn't add up.

I may be wrong, but this looks like a deliberate ploy to crash the price. Surely it doesn't make sense to sell Accredited when it would result in the parent company going into administration- where is the logic in this strategy?

One of the most incompetent management ever.

We know that the news of completion of the sale of Accredited is due any day now. once that is confirmed and details emerge, i don't think you'll get a sniff anywhere near 5p. the reason for such a wide spread there aren't any shares available in any volume.

My 1st target is 6p. let's see how it pans out- the trading pattern suggests shorts closing.

Weird on my platform it is 2.20p to sell and 1.80 to buy. I think some shorts may be closing- confusing.

Perhaps some whispers emanating from Bermuda, only a couple of weeks left of Q2. I suspect would see quite a bit of action before the official release of news.
