Just wanted to add you can’t blame anyone for trading CNR!
We all have positions (well unless you truly are a troll) and whilst some 100% want the share to go up, equally there will be those that pray and hope to influence the share to go down getting themselves a lower entry point (or a lower average).
Due to CNR lack of liquidity I believe posters can have an influence on the SP however if they do good luck to them, they are only playing the game.
Personally I am no gold expert or trading whiz kid, I trade on gut feel and what I can afford to lose plus natural intuition from trading patterns.
Guess a bit of a rant under the influence of Friday night alcohol, however wanted to say as they say with gambling if the fun stops stop!
I have my own thoughts on who is playing the board however if you benefit good luck to you, we all have exactly the same opportunity to buy and sell!
You know I am confident in Marks ability alongside his personal hate of share dilution, let’s see where we are in 3 months x

RR with the negative positive or MM’s taking advantage of stop losses the SP could go down to 38p! Surely it could still be a buy??
I bought 10k more today at 43.9 and in mind I keep thinking come what may we will soon be 60p plus!
Looking at SOLG it shows the ups and downs of Gold explorers however based on our current SP there must be profit to be made!
Shame to see the odd disagreement on this board and ADVFN however I still feel positive there is serious money to be made!
Don’t invest want you can’t afford to lose however for those that feel lucky be brave...

I think you may be right Cambells, at present I can now buy at 46p and still can't sell, however interestingly the MM's aren't desperate to drop the price (they normally would have dropped)
I am assuming they believe the market will mop up their shares over a period of time and in the mean time give little/no opportunity to sell!
All it takes though is one bit of news and its game on again!

Think there must still be a sell in the background!!
Can buy at 46.17 or 50k at 46.29 but still can't sell a share, hopefully it eases as the day goes along.
Then again I guess if it keeps reducing it will be one hell of a buying opportunity!

As a positive the SP hasn't tanked today with some positive buying to minimise the drop.
Think following Marks comments re 'by end first quarter' drilling results, it was always going to give traders a window to trade and potentially let the SP drift.
Yes low 40's (and maybe even high 30's) is a possibility if MM's scoop stop losses, however news could come at any time.
Being honest part of me wonders whether to sell say 30k shares today/tomorrow with option to buy back in but then I think could I miss out on profit by being greedy for an extra 10%
Currently I can buy at 46.29 however can't sell so might have to accept 44p if I wanted to sell 30k shares

Whilst I awaited your response I have been looking them up and agree interesting times for them albeit surprised their SP has hardly moved today......or was the announcement in Canada after hours as they seem to do in the states??
Definitely interesting re their funding via a third party lender!
Certainly shows Nicaragua seems to an area of investment which has to be good for CNR on top of Rio Tintos recent investment!
Maybe things could come good quicker then we expected, must admit I was expecting an SP drop today!!

Campbell’s, you really think best to wait, surely if it’s a buy at 47p if it drops another 10% it will be a no brainer?

Must admit I have enjoyed reading the open debate over the last 2 days, I think we are fortunate to have contributors that add debate without confrontation in an open manor! If you look at some of the share pages it’s aggressive bordering on disgusting!
Re CNR it seems land is very much the elephant in the room even though huge milestones have been made in the last 12 months.
On a personal level I am undecided on whether I should continue buying if it continues to drop and if so at what levels. To be honest I am quite heavily invested for me, however I did mention I bought more on Friday at 47.9 with confidence of long term value.
I would welcome others views on the board whether it be a view of one week, end March and end year targets!
Like me I guess the problem we face is that the SP will respond to key news milestones rather than set dates!

I personally think we need the land sorted ASAP, whilst we are getting assurances all is/will be ok, that will be the major trigger for SP movement.
For me Mark needs to prioritise this whether it be with government intervention or not.
I appreciate finance and the Mill will determine how many multiples we could increase however without the land sorted there will always be a question mark!

Part of me hopes the below thoughts are correct... if the SP drifts it will give some great buying opportunities!.....although really, is everyone convinced there won’t be buyers to take up the sellers!
The directors have all bought in at 31p so that would be a great base to build from, wow if people sell and I can buy again bring it on at less than 40p!
For all the ones concerned, look on the positive side everyone, there is some money to be made here if you sell now, then buy at 45p!!

Interesting everyone's comments today, certainly a mixed bag and I don't blame people for frustration. I was also expecting fireworks in January and it looks like the only guaranteed news is drilling results by end March. (that being said we could get other news anytime!!)
However we are progressing and Mark did state as a team they felt it was really coming together with excitement on the ground.
Surely the extra few months is worth the wait, I messaged yesterday I was waiting till last today to buy as felt there may be a drop and as a result I have just bought another 10k at 47.9.
Yes they may go lower (and if they do I will buy more) but equally as POG rises they could and should go higher!
The next few months will be interesting however I am confident when I look back at end March 47.9p will seem a bargain!

I take your point, I was assuming giving shares could part finance the buy and the shares would be priced at a premium to our current price but lower than the Sp would rise to as a result of finance sorted and the plant sorted.
If we raise funding via a placement of any sorts it always seems to involve a lower SP and further warrants!
With so many options I guess this is why we want the plane and finance confirmed ASAP getting rid of any doubts!

You mentioned the Toronto based company re the plant. Clearly Mark trusts these guys, could there be a deal where Mark pays in CNR shares.
We know the right deal/funding would give a re-rate to the SP so it would be a win win all round?
It’s nice to see him talk positively even though he mentioned the CA.

For those that watched tonight, is it my rose coloured spectacles or do you also believe it’s definitely going to happen, it’s just a matter of time?
I can’t say I am confident the share price won’t have a bumpy ride up but I truly believe there is no way the share won’t appreciate to £1 as a minimum in next 10 months!

Mark keeps mentioning reducing shareholder dilution in line with other stakeholders!
It must be nailed on he will go for smaller production at 70k to start needing minimum Capex!
This must be our year!

Why would they invest US$150k in water purification plant that has just arrived if they didn’t think it would get community on side and benefit the overall project!

Mark is working on all fronts, there may be opportunities to trade short term but is it worth the risk?

Out of interest Toll Milling wasn’t mentioned was it, maybe Mark is thinking why bother especially if he has a good deal on the plant and positive drilling!

- takes time to drilling results down to hard rock however completed 9 drill holes and gone off for results...unlikely delays
- managed dilution to date in bear market, going forward he feels all coming together and excitement on ground. Big mill 60/40 or smaller mill keeps capex and dilution down and expand later .. 70oz and 170oz later with preferred route
- CA agreement on mill, keen to get ... this seller is from Toronto and he feels they are good Canadians
- wants Mill soon as possible
- re getting 5% remaining he mentioned government wants to go ahead and they want it to happen quickly .. looks like compulsory purchase with government help
- Mark repeated he doesn’t like doing deals with Warrants however placements in Canada nearly always have them

Adding value drilling will help, confirming plant will add value and once we get to production it derisks and proves! Rerating will happen as he confirms finance!
