Surely we must be due a further Drill update this week.
I have checked and the last update was March 9th so we can’t be far off!
Hopefully Mark will take that opportunity to give us a general update following his time in Nicaragua.

The important thing is we keep showing progress on a monthly basis.
Drill results will be the icing on the cake (and if toll milling happens then great) however we can’t be seen to be holding back and not making positive strides towards production.
As long as the above happens the SP value will gradually come as the market realises we are gaining momentum towards production.
I know I have said this before and followed up with hard cash however I believe under 50p we are a steal. Personally I think 100% ownership will be our biggest trigger as then a potential sale is always an option on the cards!

CCC they are now widening spread offering only 10k to buy at 46.9, yet have reduced sell price to just over 45.2 (yet will take 60k)
I am no expert but wouldn’t surprise me if they are running out of shares to sell below 47p (could we see a tick up hmmmm)

Why reduce Headline sell to 45p if you can still sell 50k shares at 46p and where the buy is still 46.49 or 46.93 for more??
I am not going to suggest they are desperate for shares prior to news, however it does seem odd they keep changing headline numbers to either encourage buys or sells!!
Guess they view the SP like dominoes, and they hope a small chain can turn into an overreaction

RR the MM's have been playing with the Price!
There was no reason at all to put buy up to 50p when in real terms the price had gone down slightly (but it did highlight eery trade as a sell).
I personally ignore the headline buy/sell and look at the price of shares traded.
In fairness they have gone down circa 2p this week however I personally see this as a signal to buy (which I just have), and am confident they will go back up!!
As always who knows but good luck to all holders!

Rightly or wrongly I have just added another trademark 11k shares, at 46.49 (so will register as a sell under mid price)
As I couldn't buy 50k but could sell 50k shares I feel this may be a good point to buy in its current trading range.
Must admit still conscious we have a seller around 48p plus however with the placing price around 44p and the Sag Mill share deal at 50p I see limited downside.......................
Famous last words, we will see so come on Mark, it must be time for an RNS!

I think the MM'S are playing games to try and raise volume.
In real terms the actual price went down slightly to buy at 48.25 (from 48.44) and sell at 47 (from 47.3) and they wont let you sell significant volumes.
I am not too worried as think they need the price to rise before they can off load their shares, so if it does go down there may be a good buying opportunity for the medium term.
News will hopefully take the price up, however it will need meaningful news to keep it up!

Well put Frenchie, I too hope to meet up in London for a celebratory beer!
I think most LTH’s have become attached to CNR, possibly to our detriment over the ‘orphan years’ however there is no way I am going to sell out on the cheap when we are so close!
I am not naive enough to believe we will go up in straight line without pull backs or MMs taking the opportunity to get cheap shares, however I truly believe the base is the previous placing of 44p and the sky is our limit!

Just thought I would give my take on today’s presentation
Started by positive news of Sag Mill purchase and reiterated part paid in shares at 10% premium.
Really showed how excited he is with this Mill option, and the fact it can be upgraded to increase production even higher.
Parts of Mill will delivered within 6 weeks but will take a few months for everything to arrive. Reiterated he was reducing 12 months lead time and fact this was a Top quality mill fully guaranteed.
His words, a real game changer!..... and show a path to 5 million oz’s of gold!
Confirmed they are going for 80k to 100k construction strategy.
Mark will arrive in Nicaragua tomorrow to sort Mill and also review drilling currently taking place. (Completed lots of drilling which is great news)
Mark is delighted First Majestic are investing and after due diligence showing huge vote of confidence.
He kept talking about various studies as Mill is being built to maximise production and in turn cash return!
Already making headway on Cacau drilling! Geologist very bullish re Cacau vein hence their drilling strategy!
No1 short term objective - acquire 5% balance of land (interesting No1 on list)

Mark was reluctant to state remaining capex required as he was still working through quotes etc however he felt realistically we would have a 12 month construction lead time from when all materials are in country at which stage WE HAVE GOLD!! He did state they would go straight to production of 80k to 100k.

Re fundraising needed it would be a combination of bank debt, gold loans and equity!

Shame no questions re Toll Milling however unless anyone thinks different at 48p we are a bargain! (Seems Majestic more than happy at 50p)

Looking at the posts this morning and after a bit of research on Majestic I truly think they could be our Rio.
Clearly we still need substantial investment to take us to production, however rather than grab us by the balls (which it looks like Calibre and previously B2Gold wanted to) they have offered us a golden ticket to underpin us, but more importantly demonstrating to Mark we can trust them and someone he can work with.
Assuming the drilling comes us good, and we get the remainder of land why wait for first production, just offer us a fair price (if they haven't covertly already).
Just my thoughts however with so much possible news on the way its exciting times!!

This also demonstrates how Mark and the team keep a tight ship, certainly no leak before the RNS.

Don’t think we will hear from NTP (Noel the P——) for a while as he was telling everyone to sell at 44p when the buy was 45p and now you can sell at 45.6 with buys going through at 47p
Think Mark is going to drip feed us lots of good news whether it be drill results or other over the next few weeks pushing the price up, even if it’s gently!
I certainly feel confident we have bottomed at the placing price forming a good base!

Unfortunately after blocking ‘Noel the Troll’ his obsession must be getting worse!
I would view it as positive he is trolling the board again, the SP must be destined to go up (and then you won’t hear from again)

If anything Cambells, Mark is too nice a guy and totally honourable!
Ross Beatty and others have got where they are by being ruthless businessmen!
Mark clearly cares about the community and plays with a straight bat!
It may have held him/us back to date however give me Mark any day over the previous creative Directors of Sound Oil, Lenigas, XEL or RRL.

You may have noticed I have posted less over the last few days (great I hear some say)
Being honest I have been concerned I have been repeating the same story without adding any substance. Like many I am probably surprised RB has been selling however I guess its positive the SP has held up well. Jim, can't you offer to buy his shares as that would be a huge shot in the arm for confidence?????
I am still confident in news (with hopefully Book's equal confidence and knowledge turning to reality)
