Interesting how I said the spread seemed false based on actual bid and offers!
You will see they have now posted large buys just after 8am at 49.5!
Unbelievable the MM’s reduced the headline price even though only buys this morning!
They will take your shares at 49p so we all have the option to sell considerably above the placing price!

Agree Sam, although the MM's are trying to initiate sells.
You can now sell just over 49p and buy at 49.3p yet they changed the spread to make it look different.....
Think a solid base is building!

As a 'exploration company' the shareholders and traders not only crave news but also use the quieter periods to trade up and down giving us quite large trading ranges.
Being honest, my concern when Mark made the announcement of drilling results by end Q1, was whether that void could be used to drive the price down to mid/high 30's. whilst any drop shouldn't affect the long term viability or SP the last thing we needed was more negativity to Mark and his operational plan.
Thankfully we have held strong and with the placing announced it puts on the vanguard rather than looking backwards. We truly do seem to be a great position and whether we rise quickly or steadily over the next three months it 100% exciting times ahead and I am glad to be loaded up!!

Great post Tester, if you thoughts are the correct it’s certainly a game changer. Interesting Book on ADVFN mentions miners leaving a potential area that could be used for Toll Milling. He has been on the money so far re his commentary!
On reflection re yesterday’s placing whilst we all agree it’s cheap versus the value of our resource IT WAS a good deal based on the current share price. Let’s be frank, we can all buy around 46p now so it’s a minimal discount and shows huge confidence!
Also to note no warrants etc, again the fact Mark didn’t have to dilute even further shows the value of our shares and their confidence!
All we need now is News to take us up.....oh and a roadmap he he

Some great posts this morning, which are not only balanced in either direction but make me think I am happy with my stake-holding or not.
Personally I think this underpins the price and can't imagine Mark would send a flare up to landowners re 'we have £8M in the bank' if a fair deal wasn't already in sight (if not signed).
Someone mentioned lots will be happening in March, we still have 12 days left in February and a lot could still happen this month!!
It's a shame if long term holders get frustrated, hopefully they won't sell cheap and regret it as MM's are more than willing to take your shares today yet they weren't yesterday!!

Real, I can't understand why you are being so negative??.
Who would give us a gold in ground loan against land we don't 100% loan, you are being un realistic.
As Sein has just said this should take us over the final hurdle, and there is no way Mark would keep diluting himself unless he felt a MEGA picture further down the road.
Equally whilst the headline figure says the shares have gone down today in real terms they have gone up versus what you could achieve yesterday (ie you could buy no higher that 47.15 and for most of day you couldn't sell!

If you want to buy or sell shares today it will cost you more or recoup you more than it did yesterday!
The few cheap shares were mopped up quickly giving the MM’s no choice but to put the SP up!
The only way is up now, keep the faith especially Sam!!

Cambells I am sure you will agree a lot has happened in the last 9 months, and drilling isn’t cheap which will hopefully add additional resource!
Most importantly we need the land sorted, get that done and nothing else to hold us back.
It will then be down to Mark to put together the best financial roadmap to production... OR SELL!!

Just what if;

- we do purchase all the land ASAP
- we do get great drilling results
- we do put the deposit down

Where will the share price be?? It’s already at 46.99 to buy (which is where it was yesterday). Surely Sein’s prediction of 80p looks good???

Equally no one will come and get us on the cheap as we keep getting de-risked!

I would accept £1.50 due to my average (even if true value is north of £2) just in case Mark/Jim are listening

Well whilst market decides I have just bought another 10k at 44.5p, can sell at 43p
Gut feel says if they are happy to buy at 42p, 44.5p seems a good deal

Following this mornings RNS clearly some are glass half full and some half empty!
Truthfully not sure how to feel, part of me is frustrated (Again) we are being diluted further, yet part says we are at the final stretch and if this helps us get over the line!
Thankfully no warrants and it underpins the price well as why would they buy at 42p if the thought it would drop lower!
The market will decide today if it’s a good deal.......

Ps if we get 100% land purchased that’s a huge tick in box for me

Interesting you mention your boys BD, my daughters boyfriend who is 18 and going to Uni next year has set up a dummy trading account which has shown unbelievable gains through crypto! Like you I hope he doesn’t think this is the norm and investments only go up. A better lesson would have been a sharp retrace!
Re CNR I do agree a roadmap would be really useful for investors (small and large) and I think the only thing holding Mark back is land purchases. Once we have 100% he can share his goals without the worry of being held to ransom further by the miners co-operative or even Calibre re Toll Milling.
Also once we have all land purchased institutional investors may be more interested as well as would be buyers!

Looking at today’s news, as part of the bigger picture headlines such as ‘Gold price set to rise’ add some confidence to Gold related shares in general!
A survey by Global Palladium Fund shows more than two thirds of professional investors questioned believe Gold will increase in price by 3 to 5% this year, with only 5% believe it will fall. Personally I think it’s a result for CNR at anything over $1750 with our low AISC cost!
Also talks of bubbles in tech shares and date I say it ‘crypto’ have got to be good news for Gold!
This has to be good news for CNR and our valuation, as it will help underpin the profitability of the project and must help in any financing of a Mill..... if we get that far.

Ps I am jealous of all you crypto investors and if you can keep top slicing profits along the way even better

Firstly wanted to change Slims heading as it isn’t how I am feeling!
Just wanted to reiterate it won’t be long till we get drilling results (hopefully amongst other news) and...... there is every chance we could get bonanza drilling results further demonstrating the huge value in CNR....or rather under value in today’s SP.
As Book said ‘this week will be interesting’ and I wouldn’t be surprised to see us at the higher end of our current trading between 45p to 55p!
