“A significant effect was seen from the Optimer-delivered gene therapy… probability of these results is more than 99% due to the Optimer delivery of the gene therapy.”
Results look very promising and some really nice comparisons with other companies too. A great RNS showing potentially a very lucrative future. But they do need to bring in some revs pretty soon to extend the current runway, so currently not without risk.
Adam and Arron are clearly up for it and excited by the future. Attracting names like Unilever with such a small company is huge.
There’s significant potential, but it’s not a risk-free hold esp in the short term. They still had 7 months of runway left on 31 Jan, but that’s based on no revs in from sales. Though unlike some others they do have a sales pipeline and money due in, so there is a gamble on timing there.
Recording available here. Interesting and well worth a listen imo.

This news would never suit porky, as he wanted a cheap entry from the carnage of sacking the whole bod in one go. I’m glad he’s not happy.
It is a positive step Wayne, it’s just that good news doesn’t suit a few people on here.
This really should have happened before now. But it takes some bravery to admit she realises that someone else is needed for the next chapter.
Suzy has taken a lot of criticism in recent months, however sensible holders know that her scientific skills and knowledge of the val compounds make her a valuable asset to the company. I hope that Valirx utilise that accordingly.
Another pharma doing well can only be a benefit. Pity you felt the need to do your Porky impression over on APTA ice, didn’t realise you were that insecure.
“This approach aligns the Optimer®+ platform with high growth antibody alternatives such as Bicycles and DARPins.”
Apta Mcap £4m, Bicycle Therapeutics £800m.
Clearly never any guarantees in pharma, but shows the potential.
Suzy earned £163,469 in YE 2022. I believe this included the benefits, but it doesn't excuse the lack of investment.

Page 68 of the 2023 half yearly report.
Various thoughts and bits of info sloshing about in the old cranium. I’ll splurge it all out in one go.
I like much about Val. But Valirx survives in spite of the bod, rather than thrives with them. I don’t know whether shareholders will have the cahones to oust the CEO, but this is what will be required IMO. Especially if val201 is either not successful or does not come with the full upfront payment.
Placing
I’m unsure what the porky back-slapping is about. Predicting a 2p placing every day since July and ending up with a 6p one in January isn’t exactly a Nostradamus impression. Personally I expected more stretching out of the existing capital, so no crystal ball awards here either.
Is 6p value for money? With the security of a years runway, countered with an inept board, on balance it’s hard to say. Personally, if I want to invest into an income generating biotech with a cash runway that has a good bod who recognise putting a talented major SH on the board is clever and not a threat, then there are more APT alternatives, with arguably better rvr.
TRx
Does the fact val are trying to raise more than a years money outright question the likelihood of an immediate full upfront from TRx? Who TF knows? A supposition that I hope is incorrect, as I also hope for 201 to still succeed. The risk was always around the merger, which appears to have no actual deadline, though I guess less pertinent now.
TRx itself successfully ousted their own CEO. It has not included Patrick F since the summer (though he is still a shareholder). He was replaced with Dr Chandra Panchal. Seems a lot of internal struggles for a company that’s not actually done anything yet. Val clearly wanted this kept quiet, but I’m not in that frame of mind ATM.
Overall, 6p could be worse and is marginally higher than 3 months ago. Probably money to made short term. But Long term investment here is high risk with this bod.
I hope merry Xmas is had by all, here’s to a prosperous 2024 whatever your choices may be.
As derampers don't like this post and delete it, I am happy to repost it. :)
It's been a bit of a confusing old time, so here are the events of the last few weeks.
A group of shareholders wrote to Valirx with a set of questions. Valirx replied in the form of a ultra-bullish recorded Q&A. There was lots of info in that Q&A, but let's stick to VAL201/TheoremRX as it is the most pressing.
Suzy: “We are expecting significant updates from them before year end “
Suzy: “We have every indication we that we will be able to put out a substantial update before the end of the year”
A few days later, the empty TheoremRX website created in 2020 was finally updated with content. Just a landing page, but not for no reason.
Following that, a press release is issued stating TheoremRX plan to merge with EUDA Health, a Nasdaq listed co.
https://www.morningstar.com/news/globe-newswire/8944265/euda-health-holdings-limited-enters-into-letter-of-intent-for-proposed-merger-with-theoremrx-inc
CEO of EUDA: “We believe TheoremRx has strong access to capital and a robust pipeline of compounds.."
A statement is made that the prospectus is available online. A detailed search reveals the TMT Acquisition Corp SPAC, underwritten by Maxim Group. Maxim Group also happened to be the sole book-running manager for 8i (EUDA). TMT Acquisition prospectus also happens to contain clauses that excludes China from their business dealings (VAL removed China from the TheoremrX exclusivity earlier this year). TMT Acquisition also happens to be funded by several EUDA funders. TMT also happens to have funds of between $60m and $70m.
The merger has a 30 - 45 day window (not too many days left now). A week ago, the EUDA website is then taken offline.
IMO there is too much here for all this to be nothing.
Enjoy your day.
An Evaluation agreement is long overdue, it is great to finally see this come in.
As much as we are all looking forward to VAL201 deal completing, that is a legacy product. New compounds, after all, are the new direction for VAL and Inaphaea. This is the function of the tCRO!
As for the 100k outlay. It shows that VAL do not immediately need a placemen. You also don't commit to that outlay if no money is coming in.
Fantastic RNS for those who understand what it is.
Should think so RB. The EUDA website is gone, so you’d think they’d want the replacement up and running soon.
I see it's the usual mess on here :)
Anyone who's been here more than a week knew Jason Pugh (aka TheTheorom, A1B2C3, A2B4C2 etc) would flip as fast as the burgers he has for every meal. As predictable as always. We will miss those maths skills, that's for certain ;)
Porky still banging the same drum too.
As for Jwallows, no idea. Much of what he says makes a lot of sense, but the prediction on timings hasn't materialised though. He's not on Twitter, so not sure where Porky gets that from. If JW does turn out to be a Porky MkI, then he better start posting 20 times a day and setting an alarm clock.
At the end of it all, EUDA/TheoremRX merger will or won't happen irrespective of the agendas and diatribes of people on here. IMO the weight of evidence points to a satisifactory and lucrative conclusion. While we wait, the SP will likely bounce around a couple of pence or so. One way or the other, it's not going to be 10-15p by end of year. I believe it will be notably higher, but that is only my belief and everyone should DYOR.
Whether you buy, sell or trade. Enjoy your day.
Morning Andy
I presume this merger of which Porky speaks is the same one that he said was a ruse? :)
Stating that the whole thing is solely to artificially inflate the SP, is tantamount to saying that 3 companies are criminally colluding. Just to increase a placing price for Valirx. None of this garbage makes sense, no matter how many times it's read! Let's face it, we've all read it numerous times now.
I look forward to EUDA explaining to it's shareholders that they forgot to check that TheoremRX had any funds. I presume followed up by Suzy explaining to shareholders that the deal isn't going to complete after all and she was just after a few pennies on the raise. The whole notion of a penniless TheoremRX in the US merging with Singaporean EUDA to fluff the SP of minnow Valirx in the UK is frankly as ridiculous as it sounds.
IDK if the merger will succeed. Whichever way, I'm damned sure it's not for those reasons being stated. Absurdity.
No idea of RNS timing etc, but I agree the oncoming days will be interesting. I suspect today will be interesting too.
“Why has this poster felt the need to ramp all about the THX merging with EUDA”
That’s easy to answer: It’s in direct response to you persistently attacking it.
There is a beautiful irony in it. The unintended consequence of your vendetta is that you have given rise to JWallows. I doubt very much he would have bothered without you. Genuinely, thanks for doing this. It gives me a warm glow to know you’ve helped increase the SP.
What amuses me the most is that JWallows, whomever he may be, has clearly created this account in direct response to Porky.
If Porky had not been attacking so vociferously , JWallows account would probably not exist.
So in many respects, we have Porky to thank for this. So I say, Thank you Porky. 😉
What about the people you’ve so far deprived of over 150% profit? I bet they are pleased with you.
“ if THX merge or not, nobody cares, its a total distraction”
Wrong. Everybody cares. No merger, then no cash (you know, the cash that’s already raised).
“They may or may not merge, who cares.”
Porky originally said the merger was a Ruse to inflate the SP for a placing. Huge lie. Why should anyone believe anything that liar says? Complete loon!
