PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
What amuses me the most is that JWallows, whomever he may be, has clearly created this account in direct response to Porky.
If Porky had not been attacking so vociferously , JWallows account would probably not exist.
So in many respects, we have Porky to thank for this. So I say, Thank you Porky. đ
What about the people youâve so far deprived of over 150% profit? I bet they are pleased with you.
â if THX merge or not, nobody cares, its a total distractionâ
Wrong. Everybody cares. No merger, then no cash (you know, the cash thatâs already raised).
âThey may or may not merge, who cares.â
Porky originally said the merger was a Ruse to inflate the SP for a placing. Huge lie. Why should anyone believe anything that liar says? Complete loon!
If you had any decency, you would apologise to those who you dissuaded from investing back at 6p and whom you have essentially robbed of well over 100% profitâŚ
Though in your defence, if Iâd attacked a stock for 18 months posting continually on it well over a thousand times, and it then went up 150% right at the point I thought Iâd nailed it, I think Iâd be a little unhinged too.
â Merging a business and raise cash are two entirely different things. â
Agreed. They are about to do the first and have already done the second.
"TheoremRx have the scientific and commercial experience needed to progress the project."
"We are expecting significant updates from them before year end."
"We have every indication we will be able to put out a substantial update beofe the end of the year - if that wasn't the case then clearly we would have already announced that wasn't the case.. we have a good degree of certainty."
"When the sublicense is signed, we will then be able to invoice them (TheoremRX) for the time that has been spent under the service agreement.. along with the upfront payments and the early milestone payments"
Though a little scary for some..
âJWallows started this hype bubbleâ
JW First Post: SP 10.75
JW Last post: SP 9.25
Best not let facts get in the way of a rant I guess.
The rise started on realisation that the VAL201 deal looks set to complete, whereas before it didnât. No hype, no bubble, just sentiment and not JWallows.
The merger/deal is getting closer, but of course not absolutely guaranteed. Otherwise the SP would be higher.
I'm not sure about VAL401, but I agree with the rest of your post there PI.
I think world peace is more likely than on LSE and definitely more likely than Adam ever sharing a board with Porky.
TRx could renegotiate the deal? As could Valirx.
âI would just kick this into the long grass by a couple of months, let VAL run out of cash.â
I think we are well aware of your moral compass. Yes, they could try. Essentially this is what theyâve already inadvertently caused with the 2 year delay. Theyâve had ample opportunity to collect shares. TRx want val201 (and maybe more). FWIW I donât see TRx risking losing their âCrown Jewelsâ over playing silly buggers at the end. All the signs are that TRx want a continuing good working relationship with Valirx.
Itâs also worthwhile remembering the âdeal structure comprises payments on signature of the Licence Agreement plus fees and near-term milestones totalling US$2.2M before the end of 2023â.
@JW
Suggestion of a concert party is interesting. Similar to Andy, I'd say that the trades don't appear to reflect it. However, if it had been going on slowly over a reasonable period of time (and it has been a long old wait), I guess it could have been achieved.
It's clear TheoremRX have successfully employed their #stealthmodebio approach. Considerable efforts were made by SHs to uncover info over the last 2 years (websites, Delaware tax records, a multitude of other searches and sources) - it was really hard to locate significant content. So, although I will be a little surprised if they have accumulated a notable chunk of VAL shares all under the radar, I certainly wouldn't put it past them.
I don't really have the time to respond as myself, let alone as anyone else. I'm assuming 'he' meant instead of 'I' but nice try anyway.
I think he was referring to me, TWC, but yes I believe that there are not many that have said it's cast iron guaranteed.
"no confirmation or RNS from VAL on this speaks volumes"
Suzy stated publicly that she expected the VAL201 to complete by the end of the year - she also stated categorically that if that changed it would have to RNS'd.
So, absolutely Porky, for a change I couldn't agree more with you.
"if i knew something was a certain bet...there would be TR1s flying all over the place"
And this shows you up completely. Very few have said anything about absolute certainty.
**We believe the merger is very likely, but we know that it is not guaranteed.
**Logic and evidence point to TheoremRx having raised funds, but we don't have irrefutable proof.
**We think that the payment will come in before end of year, but we do not know for definite.
As far as I'm concerned, the CEO of EUDA said âWe believe TheoremRx has strong access to capital and a robust pipeline of compounds".
Would he publicly say that without proof that this was the case? No.
Andy is spot on - the SPAC allows money to be raised upfront without naming the companies you are targeting. This is why it was so hard to track down and why you wont find a neon sign flashing "Here's the money, love TheoremRx" in the TMT Acq Corp prospectus.
There are statements in the prospectus regarding the exclusion of China. This allays with the RNS from Valirx saying that they removed the exclusivity for this area.
As is often the case , there is evidence but not absolute proof. There is likelyhood, but not Guarantees. But libellous statements saying the whole thing is a lie, ruse, scam or fraud just to puff up the SP of lil old Val? Delusion.
Enjoy your friday.
I've not read any info that's not in the public domain, so unsure what this 'inside info' is.
