Why this uptake in the sp ? No news or announcement i can find.

All positive for Lithium. Rio Tinto buying Lithium mining companies, but avoiding Europe. TOO much political interference. Not good for Zinnwald sadly.

How worried should i be, about that short position ? Comments welcomed.

I note we now have 2 funds taking short positions on JS. Those Directors knew what they were doing, it seems.

Sorry there is never a time to catch a falling knife. If it hits the floor the company is "bust" and no longer in business. If as you predict the sp of Croda goes half way to £10 it will be taken over.

An investment in ITV is an investment in Britain, that is a bad start before we consider the performance of McCall. There must be numerous alternative places to put your money. The only possible reason to invest in ITV is the belief that some how a takeover is going to happen.Well how many years have gone by now since this prediction began ?

So far investment in Savannah has been an investment in the EU. How stupid is that ? Despite that eventually investing in Lithium might just prove worthwhile. No thanks to the sad politics that have made this an exercise in patience above all else.

On reflection i share your glass half empty view on the silly budget. I also tend to your view that politicians are stupid enough, to go all the way and remove IHT relief completely. As for Next is seems the sp has further to fall.

Having had previous experience of delisting, i am aware it means in effect you have lost ALL your money. You have an irrelevent % of shareholding in a company whose shares cannot be sold. I am not surprised Synairgen have reached the brink of this move. Having lost big time on this investment i see no point in throwing away a further small sum. Another dud AIM share ,sad to say.

Having watched the advertisements on ITV during Xmas,i feel i have almost survived from becoming clinically depressed. I always thought The purpose of Television was to entertain and enjoy, coupled with informative News items. Obviously i was wrong. ITV are there remind us the world is full of suffering and pain and by giving donations to the many we will make the world so much better..This ITV policy no doubt will enable the sp the leap up very soon.

Basu has been making boasts of great "breakthroughs" frequently for over 10 years. No wonder then that those who have experienced this, are very far from buying into the story now.

Those who invest on the AIM market are well aware of this situation, hence the sp has actually fallen despite the positive "signals" coming from Basu/Kromek.

I shall be very happy and stunned should this become a reverse of the crying Wolf story, and this time Basu is not bull******ng.

High-Roller, The only Logic that makes sense is Basu knows that Kromek is a bad investment and so is not buying.

Maybe i am wrong calling him an idiot, after all he has been clever enough to fool many people to lose a great deal of money trusting him.

As for Jarv55 and others, this excuses of closed periods. Come on get real , closed periods are relatively brief. They do not run for 10 years. Sorry that "defence" is absurd.

His wonderful company is about to "take off " according to HIS predictions yet he does not invest at this knock down sp.. Surely that makes him an idiot. Come on,over several years now despite your claims Basu has been free to invest. Indeed his many positive boasts have encouraged investors to waste money For most of a financial year directors are FREE to buy or sell their company shares and investors are free to interperate that, as they choose.
