I acknowledge your comment on shorters Dinoken. however the sp continues to fall as the FTSE has risen in recent weeks. Sadly Whitbread seems an investment in Britain and Germany, two sad nations led by inept political elite. I do hope my prediction of £20 is an exaggeration,but see no change in market sentiment here.

Not really asignificant fall in sp. Looking at the sp movement in the last 12 months it has been volatile without any really major change in the companies potential... Surprised some comments at no move from Aim. The only two recent movers to the "main" market,that i am aware of, have seen their sp fall by about 40% for whatever reason !!!!

Pedrobull, i agree your comments. For many years now,the way of consuming Alcohol in the UK has changed with shops selling for drinking in the home. Maybe the BOD have been asleep at their posts. At any event this does not explain why Diageo is in such rapid decline.

All of a sudden the whole world has decided Alcohol is not wanted. Sorry way of the truth. Diageo as a company are in a mess. Lowest sp in 5 years and heading south of £20 Over to you BOD. Time to show you are worth your fat salaries.
