Manifest, Delisting still not clear. Seems am not alone re lack of clarity.

Maybe time for the company to forget about paying any dividends and start buying back the shares as they fall below 40p !

The company reports positive trading and predicts full year results in line with good progress. Yet as several people have mentioned here there is NO sign of BOD share buying as the sp keeps falling .

Are they De-listing or is that just an intelligent prediction ? i cannot find any announcement stating a De-listing !

Even Questor in the DT said get rid of this company when they decided to trade in the USA. How correct he was. A total disaster from Day one.. Trading with people who cannot afford to pay you is not just bad management, it is very silly. This company is a shoddy mess. Will it survive,i wonder.

Oh dear, investing here seems like having confidence in Britain. As we now have a Psychopath in NO 10,that does not look sensible. At least Germany investment looks maybe helpful but hardly enough , i fear.

20% off the sp in the last month or 10% in the last 5 days. Cannot see any reason for this,unless investors for IHT are bailing out in big numbers. Seems the sp has some way to fall before any topping up is advisable.
