The BOD have thrown them selves under the bus by admitting they need to sell to save jobs and pension fund . Their reputations in the business world are over to save the staff . HERO
HOSKINGS are taking legal action to block the deal and rebuild the company HERO lead to it going bankrupt costing all the jobs and pension fund VILLAN. .
Who knows the out come .. but the deal guarantees some jobs and the pension fund at the BODs exspence . Who is the hero Whois the villan .

The debts have got so high that the BOD can’t make the business work and put it up for sale . A deal saving some jobs and pension fund has been agreed . Every one wants to block this deal as they would rather see another company go bankrupt and every one is effected . The BOD have tarnished their reputations for ever admitting they can no longer turn this around and need to sellto save jobs and pensions .

So it’s better to block a deal and make all 100% of staff go and pensions . Strange logic you have .

Share holders are a great idea . But the market uses shorting to keep reducing company value which increases dilution . It is the dilution which is killing industry greed by the market stopping growth to create movement so they can make money on each movement buy fees sell fees and spread . If the market just le a company grow instead of encouraging a short to stop the growth and reverse it then company’s would get better rates of credit .

That’s why they were offered £2.8 million pounds for the lot and no one else has thought I will offer £3 million because it’s a bargain . So your hundreds of millions is not looking great because no one else is intrested even at £3 million .

So your looking to sell at 6p ...you are gambling a 50% profit against it getting suspended due to pending legal action and you getting the 1p when it comes out of suspension ...gambling them against the known 4p now . 50% profit against 75% loss and inconvenience and this is the best the market has to offer . Wrong . I have money and have a flutter on the markets for fun . On debt free company’s as debt is a real killer as the BOD have found out . I used to have a flutter on companys exspecting a bu6 out but that was not going well so luckerly changedthat stratergy a few months ago . The dreaded day this dropped from 16p I posted there will be madswings here as the markets push the SP up and down on company’s going bust a last play . I used IEH as a example ever6 one told it was going bus5 but they still gave it mad rises and falls . This is no diffren5 just being manipulated as predicted . The bookies give better odds on outsiders . 100 to 1 . Or 20 to 1 in smaller races . Though roulette gives best odds of all 50/50 less green nought . This is a out side being pumped to assist level ll out at PIs exspence . This will dammage the market when it spikes and then gos for 1p .

So let’s say the BOD change and they say no to the only offer . They take back all their debts and the extra intrest they have to find £20 million as they obviously need £20 million and that is for just two months .
So you end up holding shares in a debt ridden company looking for £20 million loan every 2 months and struggling to pay old debts intrest ...allwith no buyer in site . Not as if there is a huge market for loss making air lines at the moment .

What are you actualy holding for ? 1) They withdraw sale and access £20 million from some where else to carry on business and try to sort things out . .........or
2) Do you think Virgin / Stobart will offer more

Up side people say true value 8p . Down side the BOD and the buyers say 1p . If you win one day it climbs to true value 8p . If you lose in 3 weeks it crashes down to 1p if that offer is still available . In the mean time will trading be suspended ? . Even the credit card company’s wonttouch its customers without backing .
