The assets are sold and they have accepted cash and are spending the cash right now . Yes it will delist on 22 Feb . But if the vote says NO then it won’t . But all you get is this BOD and a empty shell , debt free but no asset no cash they would then do a placing for cash .

Ask again tomorrow . They have got alltoday by my reckoning .

Why ...the markets need to change , they need to support growth , put growth before movement . Only when people realise where the markets priorities lie will the market change and support growth instead of strangling company’s Don’t just throw more money on another investment that is being held back . Make the markets change .

Why bother posting on a suspended share I am not invested in . The market has one goal to create movement and keep movement going . The market uses shorting to create movement not just to forward sell placings but to slow or haunt a growing company to keep the peaks and troughs . The problem is this holding company’s back keeps a low m Cap creating dearer finance either more dilution from more shares or higher intrest rates on loans due to lower mCap/Company value . So just trying to make people realise things might not be so rosey the de listing might be deliberate to remove some layers of protection so the BOD can do a deal to suit them not share holders . The markets are not good just play on them gamble don’t put to much money on them . Shorting has tomany advantages .GLA your BB should remain active for at least another month .

Also warned yeasterday the short was set up to start . Some one mentioned short tracker as well . The market chews up investors . Just play with small amounts that is all that is left for the humble PI a gamble a bit of fun . Take most of your money out of the markets and just gamble for fun . I have .

A speeding ticket was obvious ...I warned at 12.30 yeasterday ..”Lol the market would insist on a speeding ticket from the BOD if it was struggling for shares . GLA .” . They held the speeding ticket back a extra day so the SP could be spiked to feed the Shorters from a higher spike . It’s a game of chess but your opponent the market has got 4 X Queens they are 1) spread 2)Buy fee 3)Sell fee 4) Shorters to sell in to any rise . Not many winners on the markets unless part of the team .

If you believe there is wrong doing in the back ground . Launch a complaint today whilst it is listed . Tomorrow might be to late , literally tomorrow . When de listed you lose a few layers of protection . Your shell is literally gone .

If you intend doing any thing your protected window is closing . Whils some are trying to convince you every thing is rosey . Flyb bod planned to stuffthe share holders the down grading to facilitate this is the proof , that gives a time line of when Virgin Stobart and flyb BOD agreed to stuff holders and how the rest was mirrors and smoke . Will ZZ settle debts and trade assets then the company for a penny a share . All under the cover of settling debts . That is what is happening in Flyb . At the moment you have some protection .

If you want blood ...look to the NOMAD and their licence . They should have been protecting all . Your wasting your time chasing the BOD chase the NOMADS licence and look in to the reasons to down grade .

You might find they were Clangers . Some one dropped one here . Most missed the relevance of down grading the listing ...so they could stuff the share holders , that is the point the deal was agreed in principle and the plan to sell of assets leaving a bare shell to vote on . I didn’t get it for a while thought it was to save money . But it was a huge part of the plan . They knew what they were doing ages ago . That is the biggest time line proof .forwhat it’s worth .

They down graded their market status to reduce share holders protection to stuff them 40p to 1p offer , sold the assets because down grading allowed this now they are just voting on a empty shell with a BOD who stuffed them . The markets offer little protection but at least it is some protection , de list and you have less protection than flyb .

1p a share or keep a bare shell on a downgraded listing with this BOD in place then a funding to start a new venture .... it would 1) Stuff the BOD. 2) Slow Connect . 3) mess up jobs and slightly effect pensions . Not so black and white . Stuff the BOD and mess up innocent people at the same time , that’s the best you can hope for the assets have been sold , Bridging loan in place and being used .

£91K @5p that will be the short loansed at 5p which is above market SP to be sold in to the market and bought back later to return . Speeding ticket issued , clarification all assets sold , exsisting on the Bridging loan untill the listing shell shares are voted through at 1p . You can vote and block the listing shell and keep a bare shell and this corrupt BOD but it will cost you 1p a share . So the question is ..is this bare shell lead by this BOD worth 1p a share to you ? . After winning your bare shell there would be a placing for funds for your glorious BOD to start a business for you . But it would disrupt connect and mess up pensions slightly . I have got my pension I am not playing here !

In amongsst the markets ramps I advised a speeding ticket would be issued .....now we know where the short begins . The Market contacted its friends the Shorters and loaned them shares to sell into this drop .long live the market . Rinsed flyb created connect airways . Lol

Accrol announced a FCA investigation the next day rose 50% the next day rose 25% so far today another 5% up . On comparison we are far stronger , their BOD were repacked suggesting some form of wrong doing . Their M Cap £45 million our M Cap £11 million . They have big debts we have no debt their revenue growing slowly at £57 million our revenue growing hyper fast at £67 million we have lots of cash and forward paid .....conclusion this is being held back for now ! .

More and more people are starting to realise that if the market carry’s on as it is there will be no market . The market needs to learn how to support and build businesses not churn and dilute over and over .

SOLO did it ...the BOD wanted to raise to buy a bigger holding in helium. The holders all pledged their holding in a vote should it be necessary...SOLO BOD backed down . So if any one was serious they would have started some proper action by now .

75 people could get to gether and buy just short of a percent then buy the last bit all on the same day . Then start a campaign asking people to add their votes together . Who could prove it was organised from the start . It would be no more corrupt than the very market it’s self . People are just looking for them selves at the moment , if any one wanted to stop the vote they would organise a register of like minded people registering their holding and intention for their percentage . The big society is broken we are a island of individuals , I don’t know my neighbours names ! . Every man for him self that is what every government has created so we are easier to defeat in everything . Brexit is the first time people have stood together ... how it shocked the government .
