This is making money on intrest received on £14.6 million whilst the competition built on debt are being crypled by having to pay intrest on debt . The government and the Bank of England will have to stabilise the pound after Brexit so will need to increase intrest rates . Brexit deal needs paying for as well . Those that can weather the storm will pick up business from those that drowned in debt . Debt free is what will matter we should prosper . We are selling to Britain not Europe every one still needs energy business will suffer but wages will be cut to offset this and all will carry on but people will have to pull their belts in for a while till we establish world trade again . To Finnish answering your question . The £10 Placing was good value agreed . But as said this company is unique debt free and got rare value . Look at UKOG giant company but gets 1p placings and has got Billions of shares . Dilution on a huge scale every time , MTMY Bond notes $50 million the intrest is $3 million a year the bonds don’t get any smaller each time they pay $3 million they will place soon what dilution will that be . The markets cause huge dilution and bankrupt businesses as a final result . Flyb giving the company away for 1p to save Bankruptsy who’s fault the market .

I don’t think it was over rated , because revenue is growing at £9 million a month and debt free and more cash than thought and the drop from £10 was over done . But the markets want movement that is how they work . The markets need shares to create movement there will not be a placing due to £14.6 million cash and intrest on that coming in appears to be stopping any cash burn . As for loan notes . The holder converts them into shares and feeds them into the market creating a drop in SP then converts more at the lower SP creating more dilution and feeds them in pushing SP lower and converts more for even more shares etc etc . It is unique ..debt free, £14.6 million cash far more than any one thought , Revenue growing at £9 million a month and CEO owners more than half the shares . So sit back and wait . The market will do its thing and try to hold the company’s value and growth back but due to no debt and not needing to make intrest payments every month the market will eventualy fail and value will grow .

Ironic thing is the Revenue is growing at £9 million a month that is twice the launch Revenue but the M Cap is slightly lower now . The markets are not kind to any company .

Launch 2015 Revenue £3.8 million with a M Cap of £26 million ...with 14 million shares cash £7.5 million
Now minimum Revenue £85 million with a M Cap of £20 million ish . With 16 million shares cash £14.6 million
No comparison to the launch the m Cap should be twenty times more . Long way to go .

I spent a few hours yeasterday warning over Flyb ..it’s down 24% . Not saying it will stay down but I hope I saved a few from that today . Got called a few names so I promised not to post on their BB again . GLA it May recover who knows .
