The AIM launch valued us at £437 million . Then add on Xstrata/now Glencore Over $200 Million from pre feasibility and feasibility . Then whilst 57% up grade is not going to double because it’s justover a half on top , the difference is the mine and costs of such will have been covered from the original half . Sorry I have to spell it all out to you each time . Most are happy to refer to exstrata and Glencore as one . But your adgender is obviously not happy to keep it simple . You strike me as a MMs puppet but hey ho . I am not intrested in trading the market because they are so far gone ! . I am happy to just hold TWO companys . Going on our AIM launch M Cap £437 million and Glencore 50% buy in . This has had over Half a BILLION. Investment so far ! . Since then it’s has had its resource increased by 57% ...So in theory it should be a worth Billion now . Then the grade doubled ...so should be worth Two Billion now . We get the environmental permits and licences on top of all that . Then we prove a cold pellitisation process which will save money . Absolutely nothing has been factored in to the market value . We are probably the only share on AIM that has not been diluted just not rewarded any value at any stage . Being on AIM for the last 9 years was pointless ! . Even worse than pointless !! .

£437 million start point ..Glencore spend over $200 million on top . Resources then up graded by 57% and quality twice as good all permits and licences in place but AIM values it at a twentieth . Nine years not a single placing ! . Least dilution I have ever seen . Silly market ! . Any way back to YU . Zioc is Zanaga . Glencore bought in for a couple of hundred million dollars , so it has a £40 Billion partner 50/50 but Glencore get controll with one random extra share . Launch on AIM £400 million plus M Cap , Glencore partner spending over $200 million . Ever since the assets have up graded big style quality has up graded and a better cheaper production system has been proven etc . Yet AIM has slaughtered it to £29 million . So no it’s a normal company with one of the worlds largest proven assets with a multi Billion joint venture with over TEN times its m cap invested in to it proving fanominal quality and quantity . Plus it’s next to and above the road . The Chinese look to be financing a port for it . So it has got a asset the Worlds fifth biggest ( I seem to recall ) .

1) I am not impressed with investing , only have to look at all the graphs regularly .
2) Trading is just as bad to many oddsto beat .
So just holding TWO long term now , But even Zioc has been dead in the water for years and years yet it ticked every single box years ago ......stolen post .....Suggested $131/ton profit with new commercially acceptable cold pellet technology and premium 67% iron ore.

What is the market for DILUTION placings giving cash but heavy dilution . Look at all the bankrupt worth less examples . Break free why ... because we don’t need and have not used the markets type of death spiral finance .
I only hold two shares ZIOC and YU. Because neither need the markets death spiral finance . So both should grow . Tried trading so many times but even with good shares the spread and fees twice it is near impossible add to that random placings ! . So just holding the two and hope they both break free from the manipulation .

Was saving a huge paragraph saying glen . ( logical ) .number of shares was from first real reference which is May 2011 audetid results cut and paste ...The Company was admitted to trading on AIM on 18 November 2010 at which point the total number of shares in issue was 254,934,212.

I had a little play at trading again ( other shares that is ) waste of time the shares did ok but after two lots of spread and four fees each time it was just a waste of effort ( and I can sit at the computer all day waiting ) . So back to my two long holds no trading just holding YU and ZIOC . as debt free , no bonds , no loans , no loan notes , don’t need to place every five minutes . ( though Zioc should because the MMs are punishing them for nine years no placings ) . Trading is exspensive and nologic to the rise and fall more often than not add to that random placings etc ..trading is dangerous on this market . Just hold debt free with cash and asset .

Investors presentation .....Lionsgold went private FRR have gone private ...let’s hope the BOD stick it to the market and go private . Every thing has been the best success you could hope for ..No loans , no debt , no bonds , no loan notes and NO placings . 2010 M Cap was £437 million @£1.56p . Then the joint venture pumping in a few hundred million dollars from Glencore , taking theoretical value up to half a Billion . Result a huge upgrade in resources and huge up grade in quality then cold pelitisation passed giving another boost in value . Only dilution was staff rewards so the market makers not happy so reduce the m cap to £28 million . A ten Bagger won’t even take us back to start point . Lol . Silly market ! .

Launched 2010 . 255 million shares .... Now 283 million shares . So very roughly 1% dilution a year . NO consolidations along the way . ZIOC have achieved a JOINT VENTURE , feasibility study’s , gaining licences , pelitisation studys etc . All at 1% dilution a year . Most of the market do 25% dilution every year and dont achieve all this . The market hate ZIOC because it won’t give them a Billion shares to sell every year and dilute its self to death !, This is why it has moved backwards the MMs are punishing the BOD for not giving them billions of shares . Still debt free , still got millions in cash , revenue grown year after year . They really really want to keep the new finance guru , what a huge reward the CEO didn’t take the piss giving him self the same just the guy who saved Roam .

This is the first time I have been unimpressed with them since the Oct RNS . Surely not half a penny . None of it is clear ! .

Did Paul take all his 0.5p options ? . Out of the 70,000 options at 109p we’re 13,500 all that were taken up ? . Take it 0.5p was half a penny not 50p ? . Clear as mud .
