Last time I sat through a naked Short was NEW . The market suspended trading to protect the Shorters . The holders voted no and a EGM was forced where the BOD over ruled the vote releasing the needed shares . So Shorters are protected by the market at all costs . So forget a naked short been there . Chris Oil even bought over 30% of the shares but they said it was a mistake and he didn’t have to buy the company . So many frauds in one place at one time but the Shorters were protected . The market is a dangerous place for investors .

It will be approved because they are bankrupt if not . They already have a big bank loan . No one takes the markets Wonga Finance if they have a choice . Rest assured it will be approved . But 2p and lower will also come . Don’t get spiked .

They clearly need £8 million . 188 million shares in the 2p placing raising £4 million before expenses . 11 million shares sold raising 0.2 million . They hope another £4 million worth will be subscribed for . Otherwise loan notes for the other £4 million . How ever you look at it 28 million shares to minimum 400 million shares is huge dilution never mind the 83% discounts dilution .

The Shorters have to sell all the shares they loan and the SP drops as they sell them into the market . Don’t know their agreed price . But if it is over subscribed by the Shorters to forward sell them then they are confident , but 83% discount and the 3 months pre drop and the other £4 million Finance they have good reason to be confident of getting them back cheaper . 28 million shares to approx 500 million shares ! . Dilution like this kills companys .

If the other £4 million is loan notes then exspect nearly half a Billion shares by the time it completes . Now that is dilution ...28 million shares to half a Billion shares

That is how the U.K. markets function , the Shorters subscribe in advance for the placing shares they forward sell them into the market . Then buy them back cheaper to give back . This is over subscribed by the Shorters because there is another £4 million of Finance , must be loan notes so the forward selling Shorters know the SP will be savaged by the loan notes . Each block sold go cheaper and produce more shares each time death spiral eventualy its Billionsof shares not hundreds of millions . The market can’t run without Shorters so they say

The Shorters subscribe to forward sell the shares , then the placing opens around 13 March , the loan notes for the other £4 million knock it down to 0.5p and the Shorters buy them back returning them to the market and keep the diffrence . 0.5p or 0.005p coming from the 200,000,000 shares plus the loan notes from the other £4 million how many shares will they produce exercised cheaper each time death spiral

200,000,000 shares to sell at 2p each . Then another £4 million Finance , will that be death spiral finance loan notes because if it is they will be selling placing shares at 0.5p soon . I fully get howthe market works

Some one must have bought the 208,000,000 shares the MMs have to sell at 2p then . Otherwise watch you don’t get spiked on the way down to 2p
