Slightly worse sorry ....Yes vote is 1p a share nothing else . But don’t get it for a month . NO vote and all you get is this BOD and a broke market shell needing a placing for funds then facing legal action from old holders . Hoskings and Tinkler will get voted in as new BOD and have a cash cow for wages hence they didn’t sell they will get wages for ever . They may have played every one just as well as the BOD did .

Who was left holding the baby assets gone . Yes vote gives 1p a share plus a market shell needing a placing to buy a business . No vote leaves the present market shell needing funds and possibly holding some debts and facing legal action from Past holders . Is there a third option ? . Every one was told enough times RNS after RNS but the market Makers kept creating false spikes to laure people in . FLYB has been the best most rewarded share for weeks 100% here there and every where ...what is the market actualy based on ....nothing a pure gamble, here lies the proof . Information means nothing the information was 1p , but that ment nothing .

Each business can be broken down in to sub businesses . Take the Botox business the Botox can be encouraged to do diffrent things specific to diffrent areas of the body , it can be developed specifically for a race and diffrent skin types all Botox but diffrent applications and diffrent businesses . Medical or cosmetic etc etc .

REALISATION once the investors realise the options are actualy day trade or short you will have more competition from the punters left because every one will try for the outprice bringing it lower and lower till day trading is not even working . Is that what you want Spike more completion for the day trade out price . How many people actualy believe the MMs encourage investing . Lol . No just pointing out to inexperienced investors why a rise is always stopped . The market makers just want movement . They are not intrested in people just holding and staying put in a company that is doing well . Just another gamble which way do the MMs want it to go today . Ironic but the U.K. markets are actualy the worse casino available . There is a good chance the market will eventualy break WEB with the dilution . Every time there is good news the market loans shares out to start a short to stop any rise ...investors never really win , day traders get rewards but investors always lose . So the most dammage is to institutions who can’t day trade and are stuck for the long diluting journey . Been lots of huge losses for the likes of Canaccord recently . When they all leave the U.K. markets those invested will lose all . KE lost hundreds of thousands over night in FLYB bet he is not keen on wasting more . Investing is dead jus5 gamble for fun with smaller amounts .

Ment to go down today was it Spike . Just a up down game run by the market Makers with friends like Spike helping out . The side effect is during the up down cycle run buy the MMs and friends the company dilutes and eventualy go’s broke . Has been happening on the U.K. markets for years many a good company destroyed . Main point is the main winners are the Shorters as the market dilutes every share .

Lots of Businesses all in the one company . Who knows how many ? . All for under £10 million . I like this one the Botox booster World Wide patent which has many patents to it . That alone would be enough to have a business on the U.K. markets but it or should I say they are just one string to the company’s bow . A huge World Wide string .

All the assets will be signed over . Then the vote is for a empty shell with no cash and a BOD no one trusts . So the remaining holders will get 1p per share and a share in a shell needing a placing to buy into a business . Maybe that is what the big holders are staying for to see what the next stage of the journey is . Maybe they have been promised the placing will be for for over 16p a share . Lol .

Day to day you can’t exspect any thing . But 6 months to a year to 2 years . Nearly every single share has a downward trend on our markets . Very very few exceptions and that is going all the way back to the late 1980s . It wouldn’t be to bad if the few winners made it without dilution . A market built from shorting might be great for the market makers but it is not working for the businesses on it .

Agreed that the markets are plagued by placings 99.9% of company’s , but this had its turn recently . But yes investing every where is a casino so gamble responsibly and pocket some winnings .

So it’s courageous to throw money away ? . That makes all investors very courageous . Especialy the big funds ! .
