Two problems 1) £4 million worth of shares will take some moving . 2) Another £4 million worth of shares to move after the first lot , only those that held on 20/2/19 are able to buy the second lot , so people looking to buy in the Placing know they can’t buy the open offer and know it could take years for the extra £4 million to sell then re sell at a small profit so even when the company reaches break even the share will be held back waiting for the option shares to sell for a second time at minimum profit . The £8 million was the maximum they could apply for , so how much do they really need ? Will they apply for more as this lot clears ? . How many will sell exspecting to buy back at 1p adding to the £8 million needed to be sold .....this is not a company making profit !.
