How strange the BOD have protected the investors from unnecessary dilution by setting a minimum conversion price ( if they convert ) . They have protected every one again and used the very machine as security and set up security against maintenance . Don’t this BOD know how to rip investors of . Every other BOD dose . No one else would have set up so many safety nets for the investor !!!. They seem to have good bargaining power , setting up strong deals . Not 90% dilution Wonga deals that we see day in day out .

The loan note CAN be converted to shares at any time but at a minimum of 1.5p a share which is above the current price Lol . This is for machinery to enhance the business and bring in more business . Not for the BODs day at the races like so many share based company’s .

Have you looked at the map of the licences . You are clutching at straws to try and talk it down all of a sudden . All the licences are on top of each other . Using your theory every single oil field on the world especialy UKOG could be made up of billions of pockets 100 meters apart . Ridiculous . Can’t you get it down to 0.5p for my top ups . 2p is a good top up but 0.5p would be better . With serious intrest outthere , already had the $1 million to talk intrest . What next ?
