I was looking at the number of posts as well . Most shares are lucky to see that number in a month never mind a day . So there is a lot of intrest here . Some of the intrest is Shorters against holders but generally there is huge intrest here .

Let’s be honest even sitting at the computer 15 hrs a day , it is hard to trade ....you have to beat buy fees , sell fees , spread two times , placings , loan note conversions , warrants , incentive shares , de listings , bankruptcy , Shorters and bad news . Now the new one the BOD giving the company away . So don’t be thinking if you were sat at the computer a bit more you might do better . Then if you do have a good year the tax man wants some . Lol .

Flyb will haunt the markets , it is a history lesson to investors large and small . How little protection they have the BOD can just give a company away . Some big investors lost tens of millions . I don’t think we have seen the repercussions from FLYB yet ! . It takes years for the big players to leave the markets with minimum losses . So for all we know the pension funds the insurance company’s thebig investment company’s may well be starting to leave slowly under the Radar . Will DEB reinforce the dangers or will the FCA step up and have a chat with the BOD ? .

All investors are accustomed to de listing and Bankruptcy but 2019 has brought in the BOD sell out a new way of losing money on the markets . The BOD give the company away rather than negotiate a sale , probably to keep some form of position for them selves . The market never fails to amaze

They put money as a guarantee yes , Chaebol pointed this out last year . But all the placing money from March last year is also to one side ! .

To the point that I think you are in the loop in some way or form . Your timing has been uncanny.

I have not said that ! . I said I believe the money in the bank is being kept to one side and as it is one year since the Placing , they will need money again . The intresting bit will be the next financial results as the dodgy money will still be there . Obviously if the company feels the money is safe then a placing is along long way of .

It is being held back untill they agree the terms but 5p is the sum if they agree the terms. So As far as i am concerned they have been offered 5p with many areas to be agreed first . It will be very intresting if the BOD won’t agree to all the terms . Yet another market failure ! .

The offer is serious they have crossed the T’s and dotted the I’s . Listing what is exspected and what should not be done and the penalty’s . So will the BOD do a FLYB con or will the BOD look after the staff and share holders ? . Intresting times .

Don’t forget green ...no one wins ...happening more and more often . Everyone loses every thing ! .

DEB bb seem to think a FLYB style con is happening there . A offer is being ignored to give it to bond holders cheap . Good old markets no safety any where not at any level .

Flyb ...set the president for the markets then . Give every thing away under the share holders noses not to mention the FCAs nose . As said investors have lost all faith in the markets .
