If the BOD are outed then you need to close as the up side could be huge as it would become debt free on the deal . Fire sale if it go’s Bankrupt the Bond holders will break it all up and sell it at fire sale rates to reduce their losses and pay to end letting agreements early to stop the business rate payments . The bond holders are looking to save them selves .

MA is standing back waiting for the Bond holders to do their sums and see they need to force the BOD out to start the official talks at 5p a share . It won’t take much number crunching . Easiest way to push the BOD start to sue them for losses from blocking a deal .

What would the Bond holders want . A debt free company with more out lets over night . Or lots of leases and businesses rates on buildings full of stock that they need to sell at fire sale rates . The BOD need to go to start serious negotiations for the best reward .

So with our choices being nothing or any number around 5p we are in a better position . Bond holders need to sue the BOD for not standing down they need to start the process now ! .

The terms of any offer from MA have been put forward ! . Itis a waiting game now the BOD will string it along receiving a wage as long as they can . The Bond holders should start legal action against the BOD to force them to resign and hence save them money as a going concern with debts paid of is worth more than a fire sale of stock and rent to pay on full buildings not trading . Even worse business rates etc . Bond holders need to push the BOD out to save them selves .

MA taking over is the best option for the Bond holders .

I would actualy say the opposite dont put a single penny in our markets because they are based on shorting which workson dilution . So dilution is the biggest guarantee from our markets .

Agreed it’s unethical andit dilutes every single share on our markets , it stunts growth . The country is on its knees , they want to blame Brexit but it is actualy our markets . Our markets are based on shorting to create movement to pay the MMs . No movement no wage for MMs . Shorting is big business making millions so the powerful Shorters pay people to disrupt for them .
