Actions have consequences . The BOD were offered a alternative route but turned it down . He may want to punish them . So a Tolkien gesture of punishment start the offer at 4.5p . More keeping face and turning share holders against the BOD because we are now offered less because they were stubborn.

As said the other day ...I think he will offer 4.5p now because of the finance , he wanted to finance it him self cheaper . But offering and accepting are two diffrent matters and the SP may go higher than the offer if people think itis a starting point .

The market it’s self has lost so much credibility and so many investors . Is this drop more than bad business . Has the City fallen out with Stobart , if they have they can crush them . As the SPREAD drops any funding will create huge dilution untill they are diluted to death . A death spiral .

Stobart proved how dangerous the markets are . Stobart/Virgin paid 1p for FLYB ..in the process they showed investors they can lose everything over night . People went to bed at 16p and woke up to 1p offer by the crooks . I managed to dodge it but have seen how dangerous the market is . They saved a few bob but wiped of billions from the markets in the process . No one sees investing as reasonably safe any more . Clever or stupid deal !?! .

As for the 1p offer .....Stobart has dropped 40% since Stobart/Virgin showed how unsafe the markets are . They sliced their own throats to save a few £ . MA will not want to reinforce the markets dangers by copying . Saving tens of millions to wipe of half a Billion from SPD . Stobart and Virgin made a big mistake proving the markets to be so dangerous . Go to bed at 16p wake up at 1p . How many investors have fled the markets to never return . Their value lies in the market !

If a MM has shares to shift it will be pushed up because of the time restraint . That is the FLYB lesson and shares de listing or going bust ...they all have big great spikes as the MMs shift stock at a inflated price . I think we will see 5p plus probably up to 10p at some point .

Itisagame ...I think Brandes Investment Partners, L.P. last sold to buy Christmas presents . I am hopefull that if a offer can’t be agreed then a Take over involving Brandes Investment Partners, L.P. increasing their shares and joining forces . Monday will give more clues to the future .
