FLYB. Have shown another way to buy a company ...just give the assets away and leave the investors with a shell to vote on . Every one is unable to do any thing . It is a dangerous tool available to the BOD . All security has been proven to have gone . It could happen here ...MA sounds out 5p the big names leave at a reasonable price ( saves the law suit eg Hoskins in FLYB ) .then comes 0.85p offer to sort the debt and build the value back . It is actualy a better deal than FLYB got .

The cat is amongst the pigeons . Not sure which way to jump ! . FLYB set the standard big give always 0.85p and warning big holders first and assisting them to get out so he dosnt make enemies like Stobart and Branson have . Would fit the selling pattern .

.85p most of what we have seen ( RNS ) was big holders selling down .

Or a FLYB .85p deal and he will sort the debt . The 5p was stressed as not a deal . Just got the temp finance in place and others buying out higher . Scratching backs ...maybe .

The proof is you can’t trust Stobart . The market don’t trust them . The banks won’t trust them . No one will trust them .
