Your Adjender is clear but reason could be a short or spread bet or just wanting to trade or top up cheap , seeing the potential . So we will be worlds apart as I would like to see value realised and you just want it cheaper and cheaper .

If it falls through then it was $3.3 million free of charge . I don’t see it being in any ones intrest not completing as a huge chunk of the money won’t even change hands it will just cancel the payment for fabric . How silly would they look not giving the $1.5 million of uniform and machinery now , when it is notin the deal figures so obviously is a donation .

Can only think of 3 reasons for Canaccord ..1) Shorting or spread betting and controlling the SP . 2) fed up with losing millions on U.K. markets and slowly leaving . 3) Our huge World leading partner who donated machines and uniforms want another name to lead the most profitable ( due to cheapest workforce in the world ) to financial success so they can distance their name from the do Gooders who will cry sweat shop , slave labour . The same do gooders who are not providing a in come for family’s out there . So maybe distancing them selves before the do gooders witch hunt . Who would rather people starve than earn a low wage .
I am happy to support , hard to lose when you are donated $1.5 million of equipment to get started and your partner owns shopping malls and out lets and sells you the fabric at cost price and is buying in at $16.5 million making you debt free and cash rich and you must have the cheapest work force in the World yet paying a good average wage in country ? .

This is ment to be very simple . Up on a hill so gravity to take it to road . Even a road ( which will eventualy be up graded ) then to the railway for now . Compared with ore in a jungle this is simple . The market is playing silly games . As I say no mineing Share has or holds real value same with oil shares . Justup and down going backwards . The humble investor is catching on . I will top up here every month as the whole market is built on deliberate dilution to keep movement so the market makes money from the buys and sells and the spread . It’s a no brainier ...3.5p based on the partnership deal the extra shares to them 51% ( 54% ) were calculated at around 3.5p each . Then the donated $1.5 million of equipment and uniforms and the cost saving put in place and the financial improvements on top . Not to mention being partnered with a world leader and all their out let’s . I imagine the first thing we will do is settle the loan and go debt free cash rich , then re rate .

Sorry your right $3.3 million non refundable deposit al ready given to us , $13. 2 million to be given to us next month . That adds upto the $16.5 million owed to us . So why would Cannocord short or spread bet and try to hold a expanding company in a very poor country back whils others are making $1.3 million donations in the form of equipment and uniforms .
