From this M Cap a streight line is possible . ( reasonably streight ) . 1) we are a producer making money but using it to clear debt fast . ( possibly one of the conditions ) . 2) Huge Chinese intrest 3) Billionaire Shaikh invested 30% 4) Changing name to Shakh’s initials and emphasis on energy 5) Profit already forecasted , before the new investors arrival 6) New adviser coming on board bringing World Wide contacts . All in a sub penny share .

Our M Cap is a joke based on being a producer . Nethermind the huge Chinese intrest and our new investor .

A good year ahead . New board member , increased direction , profit within the 12 months , only reason we are not in profit is paying debt of fast . Intresting times ahead .

There is so much fraud on our markets . The Market its self is disgusting . But hey ho . Unlimited backing at basement starting point .

So a Billionaire buys near 30% and has a representative put on the board and the company name changed to his initials and the BOD say this is opening doors previously out of reach ......no ramp , all happening .

So if ADM passes 30% he has to make a offer to buy the company . With this being his new toy and putting his name to it . It would be in our best intrest from this low low m Cap that it was not taken over but built up . Maybe he will keep building his stake and encourage us not to accept a offer . So he can build it rather than buy it . Also he may want to keep the Chinese on board and he may be using this to build relations .

Not sure of a bidding war . But controll ....the Chinese may want equal controll in votes and power . So buildup to max 30% . Will ADM take Over , its pennys to him . But is the whole point to build a penny share to a global power house . The BOD appear to be playing ball all 3 conditions completed so maybe no need to takeover ...unless he wants a bigger holding in his baby .

It’s like putting a personal number plate on your car . You don’t do that to sell it the next day . Some buy football teams and plough a fortune into players to prove them selves . He has bought a tiny company to build and prove his skill . He could have bought into a big success . But he would not get the recognition for its future success .

All part of the markets manipulation game making it hard to distinguish between buys and sells . To give the pros and insiders the extra edge to keep diluting the PI .

Who knows ? There may be bigger late trades over the following days or weeks ! . All a big game deceiving the PI by holding back big trades as long as they can .

The Chinese going even on any controll would reduce the free float significantly at the same time . Fingers crossed .

The question is will any of the Chinese retaliate and walk up to 29% and demand a place on the board ? .Now that would change the playing field .

Any thing is possible but I don’t see the point . The BOD appear to have a plan which appears to be working now . Obviously any LTH will not be impressed but oil exploration and development is funding after funding . Now a producer promising profit within a year . Good income but paying debts first which is good .

Anyone ever asks me about investing I always advise keep well clear of it , it is a mugs game . I am addicted . Never advise any one to invest the odds are against them and you will feel bad when they lose money .

Yes that is a typical investors kicking on the markets . If your investing long term on these small shares you need a miracle ! . Insider info or part of one of the gangs is the next best thing .
